I received the fridge timely
I received the fridge timely. I had an issue with trying to charge the battery. I sent an e-mail and your AI responded with a potential fix. I applied the fix and presto, the battery began to charge. Very quick response to solve my problem.

A victim of it's…
Perhaps Bouge RV is a victim of it's own success? Make great products and sell them widely but then be unable to handle the inevitable problems that arise. While im up here on my soap box I'd also like to criticize their app and website for not explaining things adequately which might have helped me avoid this mess altogether. Lots of places to buy camping gear out there...

21 Qt Refridge/ freezer
The cooler operates as advertised. Very good cool down from 85f . Freezes to -4F . Optional battery works well when other power options not available.
Only Issue is optional soft cover pack is poor fitting on this model, too tight, will not seal well . The cover fits very well on 32 Qt model

Portable AC failed to cool Ford Transit Van
After watching 2 people review this product in their YouTube Van Living channels, I purchased one for my Ford Transit Van. After 2 hours, the living area of the van dropped 1 degree. While for the first 10 minutes cool air came out, but the portable ac unit advertised for tents and vehicles failed to cool the space.
I connected with their support which is via email, and troubleshooting trying 2 more times, it still did not cool down the living space. I built a window for the exhaust and had a can collecting the condensation. The support person stated the portable unit would not cool my van space. I questioned why would they have people living in their vans review the product? I returned the product and the company refunded the cost and provided the return delivery label.

Dear Janet,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear that the portable AC didn't cool your Ford Transit Van as you had hoped — especially after seeing it featured in van living reviews.
We understand how frustrating this must have been. Portable AC units like this one are designed for smaller, enclosed spaces such as tents or compact sleeping areas, and cooling a full van living space can be challenging depending on factors like insulation, sun exposure, and the size of the area.
That said, we're glad our support team was able to walk you through troubleshooting, and that we were ultimately able to process your return and refund along with a return label. We truly appreciate you giving the product a fair try and working with us through the process.
If you have any other questions or if there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
