This was my second chest refrigerator…
This was my second chest refrigerator from BougeRV. I love the first one and used it as a second refrigerator in my house, for at least a year. I always wanted a bigger one, so I caught it on sale and it works great. I’m always happy with my BougeRV purchases.

All was easy through BougeRV
Ordering was easy through BougeRV. Price was unbeatable, received the AC unit when promised, works great and it saved me in the middle of summer when it was 90 degrees outside with 80% humidity.

Fans Unusable in Less than 1 Month
I bought the large fan and the small one, seperately. At first they were glorious! But the large fan has developed a loud whine at every speed that drives me insane, no longer use it. Then the small fan started making little thumping noises that quickly developed into loud banging, sounds like the blades are out of kilter and are hitting the housing, got very bad very fast and I can't use it anymore either. Very, very, very disappointed. Terrible purchase, total waste!

Game changer for a 12 day trip off grid. Easily managed the power with my solar panels. Still had frozen food at the end of the trip. And it’s so quiet!

Cold side works great as did the freezer side …
Cold side works great as did the freezer side the battery feature I like still continued to running when we were unplugged from shore power kept each side of cooler working at both settings. Then cold side shows E 8 open circuit text customer service they wanted a short video of error code I think it was the next day got a text new cooler on the way works as good as the first one. BUT that battery doesn't last 18 hours like other people are saying maybe 6 at the most I made sure the battery was fully charged before I tried running it over night next morning battery died cooler wasn't cold I'm still satisfied with this cooler I got the 61qt keeps drinks cold saving on ice purchases I would recommend this cooler but they are not cheap you get what you buy

I love the the fridge
I love the the fridge, and I had a slight crack where the strap anchors down the fridge. Reached out to customer service and they took a few dollars off for my trouble. I purchased some epoxy and it looks good as new… Great company and a great product… I think the crack was from shipping… I recommend the product and I would buy again…

Amazing customer service reps
First off top products sre made here . Customer service has always beem great. I test out lots of solar, battery , power equipement and bougerv is right on top. If there is a issue they are quick to respond figure a fix or replacements. I will continue to buy here and recommend Bougerv to anyone.

I received a non-working fridge and got no help
I received a non-working fridge. When I emailed for warranty replacement they required me to jump through hoops and send recordings that I don't have the ability to do. They've made it so hard to claim warranty service it is worthless and I never got a working fridge.

Reconsidering my review.
I was initially concerned with the Customer Service response to having to return an item purchased incorrectly due to an ambiguous product description
Bought a CRX3 30 QT fridge and what I thought was a cover for it. This is the product description for the cover: "Fits Like A Glove: Can perfectly fit BougeRV 30 Quart Car Refrigerator, easy to put in and put on. Without removing the cover and flaps, easy to open."
It was the wrong cover and didn't fit my fridge which is a 30QT item but not the correct model.
Since I initially wrote the review customer service has reconsidered their position and issued a credit for the cost of postage, I originally needed to pay to return the item and agreed to clarify their product description. I'm completely satisfied with this solution and have always been happy with the product. Appreciate a company that will reconsider their initial position. I hope they soon begin to offer a cover for the refrigerator I purchased, because that product is great.

We'd like to clarify one important point: the insulated cover you purchased is specifically designed for the CR series 30 Quart refrigerator, and is not compatible with the CRX series. This is noted on the product page, which lists the CR 30 Quart as the compatible model. The CRX3 30QT is a different model, so the cover unfortunately doesn't fit — that's why the return was necessary.
We understand the "Fits Like A Glove" wording in the Features section was confusing, and we appreciate you pointing that out. Your feedback about the product description has been passed along to our team so we can improve the clarity of our listings.
We also understand your concern about the return shipping cost. As noted in our return policy, for items returned due to ordering the wrong model — rather than a quality issue — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We're sorry this added to your frustration.
