Broken lid pivot pin
I had a problem with the large lid on a 40L fridge freezer from Bougerv. One of the pivot tabs was damaged as I was trying to reverse the door. The fault was partly mine, but resulted from a lack of instructions from Bougerv on exactly how to do this.
After contacting Bougerv via the web, explaining my problem and providing photos and an explanation, Bougerv agreed to replace the lid. They also accepted my explanation that instructions were not provided and said they would forward that info to the proper department.
The replacement shipment arrived in about 8 to 19 days.
Overall, I was impressed by their response and pleased with their actions to address this issue.

What the company does well most is to make a great product to begin with! I've only had it a couple months, but it works perfectly. I also happen to catch it at a great discounted sales price. Would highly recommend!

How many characters am I restricted to here? How much time can I spend on it? Will this actually be publicly posted by the company or whoever controls this content? How do I change the date of my experience in the field below to the range of dates my experiences actually span? I'll do it here. They began soon after I placed the first of what ended up being three orders, eventually followed by multiple back and forth emails, from the first order date of July 21 to today, September 21. These are just the first questions and comments that my experiences with BougeRV have prompted. A detailed recounting and review of my total experience with this company is to be posted elsewhere. I'll also be asking for input from other past customers to compare their experiences with mine.
In short, I will never again be ordering anything from BougeRV.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your overall experience with BougeRV left you feeling this way, and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns.
That said, we do feel it's important to clarify what happened. In September, we agreed to provide you with a $150 store credit, and it was successfully issued to your account on the 8th. However, when you placed your order on the 8th, the credit wasn't applied — and you didn't contact us at that time to let us know.
It wasn't until the 20th that you reached out to say you hadn't received the $150 credit. When we checked your account, the $150 store credit was indeed there. We believe the reason it wasn't used on the 8th is that the "Apply store credit" option wasn't checked at checkout — and since you didn't inform us at the time, we had no way of knowing there was an issue.
That said, after you contacted us on the 20th, we did process the $150 refund for you. So we're genuinely unclear as to why this negative review was posted.
We truly believe that open communication is the key to resolving problems. If you don't reach out to us, we have no way of knowing whether the store credit was applied successfully. Whether or not you choose to order from us again, we want to be clear: regarding this particular issue, our conscience is clear.

I am a landscaper i have used it as a wheelbarrow for loam and mulch and when I don't need need wheelbarrow I use it as a fertilizer spray. I put my 25 gallon tank on it strap it down and I can go anywhere with it.

To clarify: you had two orders — BJ-103437 and BJ-103427. During our communications, the return references alternated between the two, which made it difficult for us to track exactly which items were being returned. We also provided a return label, but we weren't informed that both orders had been shipped back — so only one refund was initially processed.
We're glad we were able to sort it out afterward, and both orders have now been fully refunded.

I really like the cooler
I really like the cooler. It does a great job. The only problem I have is the first battery. It doesn't keep it running more than 4 hours. And it has a burning smell, which fills up the vehicle quickly. But the second battery that I received, it goes 5 hours, and it's also has a burning smell. The same as the first other than that, the products are good. It says it's supposed to last 14.5 hours. I would expect it to do that
I would still buy from this company, but I am leery on the batteries.

The cooler hasbeen plugged in my van since September 1st, It travel from NC to the Badlands,Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Salt Lake to the Sequoia National Park and now we are atthe Grand Canyon. Its worked fantastic, near missed a beat.

Love this portable coffee maker!!! There's nothing like making your own custom cup of hot coffee on long or overnight drives!!! The coffee maker itself is fairly rugged, good compact size & with the battery you can even have coffee during power outages!!!

Can't go wrong with Bougerv
Everything I have purchased from bougerv has been perfect. Honestly zero issues. We purchased the 55 qrt rocky v3, the PC 35 pro AC unit, misc accessories, it has all been rock solid. Just picked up the portable outdoor Diesel heater and I am excited to try it out.
Delivery has been extremely fast, and the products are well built.

Excellent Purchase
We have the wheeled version of the BougeRV 40+ liter refrigerator. Used it all summer on several camping and road trips and I am very happy to report it has worked perfectly. Meets our needs 100%. Also used it as a 0 degree freezer and again, perfect. Purchased the backup battery and it kept our refrigerator at a constant 36 degrees for over 4 hours while we were out touring. We have the 100 watt solar panel but haven’t had to use it so that review will follow. The only con so far, the refrigerator is pretty heavy when it’s loaded and have to lift it into the truck. Easier with two people so plan ahead.

Great product, I use it on my motorcycle trailer. The only problem I have is the cord from the battery to the fridge is a little short and keeps falling out.
