We love our new electric cooler
We love our new electric cooler! It was SO much better traveling without worrying about ice, running out of ice, our food drowning or our food going bad. We had plenty of room for what we needed! Best purchase yet!

Dear KEFA,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we'd like to clarify a few important points.
First, your order did not involve any out-of-pocket payment — it was placed entirely using gift cards. Using gift cards in that way is not something we're able to support.
That said, we have fully refunded all the gift cards to you. Given that, the statement that we "denied a refund" is not accurate — the gift card balance has been returned in full.
We understand you may still be frustrated, and we're happy to address any remaining concerns. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
BougeRV Official Website Customer Service

Poor business personnel
Poor business personnel. The associates and the company are not one on one and the customer is forced to communicate through a key board and not an associate. The company does not listen to the customer when the product fails to properly work. Rather than to work the problem out, the company does just gives up on the customer. The product, when properly performed correctly was great. Finally, the company failed the customer.

Dear Emilie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with our service left you feeling this way.
To clarify: the air conditioner had been in use for approximately one year before the issue occurred. On August 19th, we issued a full refund for your order. In effect, that means you were able to use the product for that full year at no cost.
We did work with you through our support channels to resolve the matter, and we ultimately processed the full refund to close it out.
May we ask what specifically you're still unsatisfied with?
Warm regards,
BougeRV Official Website Customer Service

I have not had this cooler very long, and it has exceeded my expectations. When I ordered this cooler, the shipment was fast the instructions were clear and helpful. Great product and customer service is very helpful
Delivery was terrible as product was damaged but that’s not their fault. They quickly resent one to me and although we had much dialogue about trying to return the damaged unit, they never failed to return emails and respond. Their customer service was good to work with although the situation wasn’t ideal for either of us on the return side.
The product however works great and I can highly recommend it. Battery life is good and the unit is quiet and cools quickly. Honestly I love the freezer cooler.
