Great product
Great product, arrived quickly, has worked perfectly! This is absolutely perfect for the OTR truck driver who wants to carry their own food instead of eating out all the time. I can pack about a month's worth of frozen meats, sides, frozen homemade meals into this!

Camper van and no AC…
I bought a camper van that was built without an AC unit. I’m in New Mexico, so that’s not going to work well for anything summer! Talked to the original builder of the van and for $5k I can take it back to them and they will add AC. That’s quite an ouch for my budget. So when I saw the BougeRV unit, I decided to buy it. I haven’t figured out the best way to use it yet, but the challenge is venting it and electricity if I’m not in a campground with power. My van is completely solar and no shore power, so I’m figuring it out.
The unit itself is a good size and not too heavy, it’s just designing around the van for now!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 😊 We're glad the BougeRV unit is a good size and manageable for your van build — figuring out venting and power on a solar-only setup is definitely a puzzle, but you've got this! 🚐☀️ Feel free to reach out anytime if you need tips. Enjoy the adventure! 🙌✨

I bought several components
I bought several components, solar panels, extension cable, and connectors. I'm not fully finished implementing them, but the quality seems uniformly high, the packaging was excellent (for the panels, esp.). I'll have to run them on my RV for a couple years yet to give a full report.

Solar panels were shipped in boxes that had the panels so protected. It took me like 20 minutes each panel just to unwrap Em I was very pleased.\n No damage at all in shipping.

Overall this is a great freezer/cooler
Overall this is a great freezer/cooler. It cools extremely fast and is well insulated to keep the contents cold for several hours while sitting in the vehicle while doing some sightseeing. The only thing that would make this freezer/cooler a 5 star review would be to add on-board storage for the extra power cord that is not in use.

Very bad experience with customer service.
They wanted me to make a video for them when I asked for a refund after the A/C stopped blowing cool after only 1 week of nighttime running. (4 hour sleep timer too)

Dear Sergio,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with our customer service left you feeling this way.
We'd like to clarify: requesting a video is a standard part of our troubleshooting process. It helps our technical team confirm what's going wrong so we can resolve the issue quickly and accurately. Without it, we're limited in how we can diagnose the problem.
Unfortunately, you declined to provide the video or cooperate with the troubleshooting steps. Because of that, we're unclear whether you're genuinely looking for a resolution or simply looking to create difficulties.
We remain willing to help if you'd like to work through this together. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,

BougeRV Warranty Support
BougeRV backed their impressive 2-year warranty on our PC35 air conditioner. The exhaust fan suddenly starting making a loud noise. After a couple of email exchanges and a video of the problem unit, they promptly offered to exchange it with a new unit. It arrived a short time later. I'm quite happy with their warranty support.

Great quality product
Great quality product. I purchased the rechargeable fan. It's sturdy, has a long charge, can be hung, with other great options. The only thing missing is oscillation. However, in my research that type of fan does not come cordless without being the cost of a mortgage payment. Shipped quickly.
