Excellent customer service from Katie. Appeared to be very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well in a clear,professional, relaxed, friendly manner. Premises were comfortable and clean and tidy.

Boots Hearingcare staff are friendly but very professional. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids.

From the first time my husband visited the store to today's visit , the staff have been helpful friendly and explained everything he needed to know about wearing hearing aids.

All staff involved were very helpful and respectful. The hearing tests were for my 94 Yr old Father In Law.

The Audioloist Katie was very polite and helpful with the testing and ultimate selection of a hearing product chosen. At no point did he feel pressured and was given plenty of time to make his own choice. Follow up appointments were also very good and Gerald was shown how to change filters and clean the products.
The whole process was very caring, respectful and ultimately a successful outcome. Thank you very much Katie .

Arrived for my 1st annual review with Katie who was polite, professional and very helpful explaining everything I needed to know and more. She is very knowledgeable about all areas of her work and an asset to Boots World of Hearing ( Merry Hill Dudley )

I had my ears tested yesterday, Merry Hill Centre. DUDLEY.
The guy was lovely who did the test. But, I could hear people in the waiting room. I heard a text message notification, I had turned my phone off, I asked the guy if it was his phone. He replied, it was someone in the waiting room. The room I used was not fully sound proofed. Very off putting. Hence I didn't pass 100%.
If the rooms are not sound proofed in 12 months, I will not be returning 😫

From start to finish boots were amazing. I am new to wearing a hearing aid and I didn't know what to expect. They were very patient, explained everything to me in great detail. They sorted out all my appointments and were very flexible with my work hours. The staff are all so polite, friendly and respectful. I would recommend Boots to anyone.

Purchased replacement hearing aids,Maria the audiolagist was very patient as I am 75 and me and technology don't get on to well, imagon the receptionist was very welcoming so I felt relaxed before having hearing aids tuned in to my comfort level Maria tweaked new phonak aids near perfect.very happy.on subject of the hearing aids I know phonak are expensive but you get what you pay for my last pair worked out £3000 but lived 4 years trouble free,a bargain.

I saw 3 different specialist from intial testing to fitting of aids and each were professional, knowledgeable and showed empathy at what was a challenging time .

The NHS couldn't provide a hearing aid to help me & put me forward for a bone anchor operation. Luckily, I visited boots who were able to provide me with a hearing aid that works brilliantly & also avoiding me having an unnecessary operation. I'm so happy & relieved.

Had to have an hearing test, the experience was carried out in a very professional way and the procedure well explained.

On arrival you’re immediately greeted by the staff who are courteous and friendly. I had a hearing test with Katie who immediately made me feel at ease and couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was extremely thorough with my hearing test, I was most impressed and would highly recommend Boots Hearing Care

However having decided not to keep the ‘upgraded’ hearing aids I was disappointed that I was unable to leave the store with any hearing aids ie keeping the ones I had until the other ones were available. I am now without hearing aids for a week.
