A lovely helpful professional young woman Katie helped sort out my order. Thank you.
However having decided not to keep the ‘upgraded’ hearing aids I was disappointed that I was unable to leave the store with any hearing aids ie keeping the ones I had until the other ones were available. I am now without hearing aids for a week.

Better than specsavers...
My 1st pair of earingaids were not suitable for my requirements! But having spent time with Marie,
Who has been totally professional throughout. We have now sorted new one's that will hopefully be better and "do the job". She has a good knowledge and is approachable and understands my needs.

The experience of being fitted with hearing aids.
Marie,my audiologist,on the 17th.Jan. was very thorough in testing my hearing and explained the extent of my hearing loss very carefully.As a result I have had a hearing aid fitted today by Haidar who took great care in fitting the hearing aid to both ears and in tuning them precisely to my condition.
I am very satisfied so far and now have to adjust to wearing the hearing aids.

The audiologist that done our hearing test was so professional. She was so patient with my dad who is hard of hearing. She honestly made the whole experience so much more comfortable

Marie is my ‘hearing’ star
Marie is my ‘hearing’ star! During my first consultation with her she helped me through my tears when first diagnosed with genetic hearing loss to helping me chose the right aids to help me overcome the deafness I had been living with for years. Over the last few weeks I have become confident in using my aids and today at my follow up appointment she answered all my questions and put me at ease x Thank you Marie for being there when I needed you the most!!

I’ve just had a pair of phonak Audièo sphere infinio and all I can say is that I am amazed at what these can do in noisey environments. They literally cut everything out of the background apart from the people who you’re speaking to. Big Thanks to H from Boots for fitting them for me so so happy 😀

5 stars to my audiologist
5 stars to my audiologist, Jayna. As well as doing my hearing test, she also cleaned my ears. All through she was careful to explain everything and make sure I was relaxed. She took time to talk through the results of the hearing test and try out some hearing aids to help me choose the best option for me. A very positive and uplifting experience. 🙂
