A very positive experience
Mevish was extremely helpful and took her time to explain everything to us. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy- we were able to come to that decision ourselves having had everything carefully explained.

Excellent customer service.
Mevish is an absolute professional and at the same time friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.
Mevish answered all my mums questions and gave easy to follow instructions on care of her new recharable hearing aids which have replaced the old battery aids. Such a lovely young lady and a huge credit to Boots.

Sheila.D. I've suffered my poor hearing for a long time due to a bad experience with the NHS many years ago. But I was persuaded by my husband and son to try again and I'm glad I did. Because at Boots' in Bury I met Mevish. Now I'm hearing again. She is such a patient, caring and understanding audiologist who was able to take an elderly nervous patient to a new level of hearing. Thank You so much. Anyone suffering with hearing loss and is hesitant or nervous about making a move. Do what I did. You won't regret it.

Mevish is brilliant
The whole process was really easy and the staff, Mevish particularly, were really pleasant and helpful. Booking the appointment online was really simple, and I liked that I could have a choice of appointments. Mevish was very sweet talking me through options and helping me with the hearing aids when they arrived, even though I am slow with technology sometimes. She always did exactly what she promised, and I couldnt be happier with the new hearing aids she prescribed.

A very pleasant audiologist called Mevish at the Bury branch explained every thing I needed to know both about my hearing and my options. I have only had the hearing aids less than 2 weeks but so far so good.

MEVISH is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her wonderful service delivery. She is so caring, attentive, patient, smart and effective at what she does. My Mum who has seen her a number of times absolutely loves how she deals with every issue to do with her hearing, and I actually look forward to our appointments with her. She is a great asset to Boots hearing!

Professional and amazing aftercare service
The service I have received from Boots hearingcare is brilliant. I got my hearing aids in September and the service and help from Mevish at the Bury branch is amazing. Very professional and caring. I had a problem with my right hearing aid. I emailed Mevish and had an appointment within a few days and she sorted my problem straight away. I would definitely recommend buying hearing aids from Boots. I cannot fault the service and care that they give. Thank you Mevish

Professional and caring service
I self referred to Boots after doing an online test and suffering from awful tinnitus. From start to finish the service from Mevish was great. Options explained with no sales pressure and regular follow ups during the settling in process. First option did not work for me due to discomfort with my glasses but an exchange to a slimmer option made on third appointment with no drama. Very happy with the new aids and the service AND my tinnitus and hearing vastly improved.
