Boats.net always has the parts I need. I ordered an oil injection pump after thinking mine was bad, but after getting an online expert to help I realized that my pump wasnot getting a signal from my ECU. Tried to cancel within 2 hours and it had already been shipped. After receiving the part I called Boats.net and got a RMA with no problem. Thanks for the good service

I purchased a boat part from Boats.net in October for $325. The item was shipped through the United States Postal Service and marked as delivered to my address. However, when I received the package, the box was clearly ripped open and completely empty.
I immediately contacted Boats.net and opened a dispute through PayPal since the item was never actually received. Unfortunately, both PayPal and Boats.net have refused to refund the purchase. They are relying solely on the fact that the tracking shows “delivered,” even though the damaged, empty box proves the part was never inside.
As a result, I am now out both the $325 and the part I needed for my boat. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, neither the seller nor PayPal has been willing to make this right.
I understand shipping issues can happen, but when a customer receives an empty package, basic customer service and fairness would dictate a refund or replacement. The lack of support in this situation has left me very frustrated and disappointed with Boats.net.
I would strongly caution other boat owners to be very careful when ordering from this company, especially on higher-value parts. If something goes wrong with delivery, you may find yourself in the same position with no recourse.

Boats.net, what a 100% positive experience finding our outboard engine ignition switch on a 34 year old motor.

Don at Boats.net is simply a really dedicated person helping us. He spent more time than ever expected finding the Ignition Switch needed. Don was fantastic, he even did more extensive research to locate part, he called me back and even the price was reasonable under $30.00 plus a little for shipping.
