Boats.net Anmeldelser

Beyond rotten place to do business with. Thinking they act like they are from china or something. They put you on hold for long periods hoping you will hang up. Do not buy from this company at any expense.

The parts came in very quickly and they were very efficient!

I am 50 years old and must say, ordering from Boats.net was AMAZING! I used chatgpt to help me find parts and I ordered the (suggested) wrong ones. Used the messaging service, explained that the part I ordered may have been the wrong one. I sent a picture of what I needed and it immediately found the part, swapped the wrong part and added more parts I needed along with it in 1 order! Even started a refund for the price difference. I WILL be ordering more in the future! Whatever yall are doing...KEEP DOING IT!

The part I ordered was a perfect fit. This was the fastest order I've ever made I was very impressed with the fastest delivery ever. The package was very well packed and sealed up and in excellent condition when arrived. Very happy with the service and speedy delivery. Will definitely be using boat net in the future purchases for my boat.

Gabby was very nice and helpful. So much better than your competition. Your prices could be a little lower, but your service is #1.! Your turn around time on orders can't be BEAT!!!!

Jared, was completely helpful, awesome customer service, and he helped me get the correct part. I also received my part during the timeframe I needed before my trip.

I can’t believe how fast the purchase was. I sure was pleased to see the parts came from out of Albany Ga. Again super fast and part fit properly

Mike the bike was a huge help checked all my part numbers super friendly and knowledgeable would buy from this company again.

Fast shipping, great prices and well packaged. Thx again

Item fits perfectly. One day late on shipping. Could be weather related

Accurate description and delivery as promised.

Ordered a lower unit from them which was over $3500 after taxes. Ordered it with sales rep on phone to make sure I received the correct one. I was assured for that price it was complete and ready to bolt on and use. Took about 8 days to receive. When I had finally had my mobil mechanic install it, he said not to use it until I get the screens that this unit didn't come with for over $3500! Now I can't use the boat until I purchase these screens that I believe should have came with a ready to go lower unit. I asked customer service and of course they sent me info on their order information for these screens so I could order it through them after just spending $3500 for a ready to go lower unit!!!😆
Ill be sure to get the screens from ebay at this point and NOT use this company again....
Hopefully that helps!!!
Best Regards
Unhappy Never Again Customer!!!

Quick delivery, exact fit and great customer service.

The only disappointment was that I never received an email confirming my order or any shipping updates.

They came highly recommended and had the exact part I needed shipped out same day. George helped greatly

First time purchasing off them for my Mercury 150. They had the parts I needed at a good price and they shipped them fast. 10/10 will be using them again

This review is regarding Order number BT00215090, placed on 6/23/2026. I spoke with Jared in their order department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs I need to make on the lower unit of my Mecury outboard motor. He made sure I ordered all the right seals and parts to complete the entire repair. He wasn't just an order taker, he knew what I needed, looked up all the part numbers and made a very comprehensive list of parts for me. I can't thank him enough for being so helpful and point-on with his assistance. I would definitely recommend Jared and Boats.net for anyone else. -Chris
