This is another company that has gotten big enough not to care about customer satisfaction, or personal service. You as a customer are nothing more then a number. This Florida commercial account will never buy from boats.net again.

I had ordered the same product from another company. The price was 3 times what I found at Boats.net. I placed the order and the products arrived 2 days later! So the same product, ONE-THIRD the price and received in 48 hours! Fantastic. I have sent the link for their company to 6 friends so far. Thank you.

I found all the parts I needed in stock and at a great price. I called to ensure that they were the right parts for my engine and the woman I spoke with was professional and looked everything up to insure that they were.

Will never order from this group again! Started on 8/4/26. Ordered part. 4 days on delivery. Started receiving messages later that this part would be available 1 week later. Next week same message. Then I had words with customer service. Then messages said part would be available in 3 days. I asked them to pay shipping. No response of course. Now today received another message part would be available on 8/31/26. Canceled order. No apology. Will be looking for refund. Probably take this group 30 days to do that. They will hold your money as long as possible. Worthless.

Once again Boat.net has come through, parts on hand and “Superfast” shipping. Experience with this company is always first rate. CDI installed and will test run the boat this weekend, I expect my problem will be corrected now with the new unit. Thank You 😊

Had everything in stock and got everything in just a few days. Faster than the local boat yard!!
Their schematics are on point and prices are at least 25% less than locally.

They advertise parts online when they’re not in stock you don’t find out two days later after you pay for them

A claim was finally filed with a better possess bureau for their website that claims that their prices won’t be paid but when you try to price match, it’s not happening for whatever excuse they could come up with that day

Boats.net always have large selection of marine parts and ready to ship. Customer service is also wonderful when you need to speak to someone.

Ordered a fish finder bracket for the bow of the boat, over 100$. Waited and waited for it to arrive. Finally came in and it did not have the bolt on tackle cubby and stainless steel hardware in the box. The description said it came with these items. Texted the number on the website and they wanted me to return the bracket, nothing wrong with it. Just to turn it around and send it with the hardware and tackle bracket. Why not just send me the items I paid for but you didn’t send? I finally give up, guess you don’t get what you pay for here! BEWARE

Received my order way before expected and I really needed it fast. I almost did the expedited shipping but I trusted them to get it shipped out fast and they sure did!!!

Excellent. Received the part earlier than expected. It seems to be working.

Was shopping props for my boat and ran across a the perfect prop for my boat at only .$.01! Won the lottery right? So I ordered it and paid the shipping. The description said standard rotation, I received counter rotation. Spoke to someone there and they were to send me the correct prop and I would send the 1st one back. Waited a week and a half, had to cancel a fishing trip to the Gulf that I had been looking forward to. Every time I called, the order was being processed. I sent the other back and 2 days later I received an email saying that they wouldn't supply me with the correct prop- and the reason I got the wrong one was because the description was wrong on the website and they were giving me a refund. The window for my much anticipated trip has passed.
The fact that they waited 2 weeks to get the other prop back before telling me they wouldn't replace it with the correct one tells me their ethics are seriously flawed. Anyone who owns a boat is always needing parts. I'll pay double before I order from a company who lies to me.
