A response to my request for a replacement LED unit was received and actioned within 2 hours. They honour their 2 Year Warranty without without a quibble and are to be commended.

Fantastic company…
These guys deserve a review just because of how expertly packaged they sent my fragile and delicate T5 tubes. I will admit not having high hopes of a courier being able to deliver these in one piece but they were snugly bubble wrapped in a very sturdy cardboard tube.

A wide selection of bulbs - and I was able to find what I wanted. However: filtering process is very clunky, with many parameters not listed (e.g. PAR, CRI, lens type). Searches yield as many 'discontinued' items as available ones. Prices are not the keenest. No option for expedited delivery.

Refund on duplicate
I accidentally ordered 2 items (I assume due to changing the delivery address when reviewing the order) & I hadn't noticed. BLT automatically picked this up & cancelled the duplicate. They let me know immediately & I confirmed the error, a refund has been issued straight away.

Late delivery
I'm rather disappointed that it's now over a week since I placed my order and I still haven't received my goods!
If you had sent it by Royal Mail as it say you will there wouldn't have been a problem. But for some reason you've chosen Fed-ex. Couriers in the UK are diabolically useless whilst the Royal Mail usually stick to their delivery times.
Because you say Royal Mail, is one reason I was happy to order with you!
Worse still, I see my goods are still in Thetford and haven't even been processed! And, I have the latest tracking update that my good will take another week to be delivered.
Please, always use Royal Mail if that's what you say you're going to do.
Update
Sorry for the late update. I've been in hospital.
My product were eventually delivered but not on the 9 Dec as you suggested but a further 3 days later on 12 Dec.
I do however appreciate the refund of postage, thank you.
In a nutshell, my recommendation is use a more reliable postage carrier.

First class service
The items I had ordered and paid for where no longer available… so why the site allowed me to order them is a mystery. However, I received a phone call from BLT informing me of the situation and offering me an alternative. Keep it short I ordered the alternative and have received it. I also received an almost immediate refund on my original order. This was back in my account within 2 days. Brilliant service and I will definitely buy from them again. Shocking company to deal with both…
Shocking company to deal with both occasions I called to check stock and both times they aduves yes we have stock. 1st order almost 10 days to deliver 2 order I cancelled after chasing for them to advise stock was in another warehouse. It’s would seam they are a drop shipper that has no stock and simply orders from others. My advice would be avoid with all cost. Shocking.
