Disappointing Service
i am now being kept waiting several days after payment to receive my order, sent incorrectly. I now have the inconvenience of returning the incorrect order before the correct one is delivered which is I think a little insulting. I have no desire or intention to keep fluorescent lamps that I have no need for !
Once again it is the customer inconvenienced.

I feel ripped off
I feel ripped off. The bulb price was only £12, but they then added a shipping fee and VAT and the total bill was over £50. This is not at all highlighted on the website when you book. Won’t be using them again.

Based on the information you have given here it does not appear you have ordered a 2m item as you have mentioned a bulb meaning I can only assume you are based outside of the mainland UK which would explain the cost for the increased shipping. If this is the case please contact us on sales@bltdirect.com if you would still like to order and we would be happy to see if we can remedy this for you.
We list prices with and without VAT on our website as we deal with both retail and business customers and we found this to be necessary that we need to provide on our website. Apologies for any confusion caused by this but it should not have brought the cost up to £50 as VAT in the UK is 20%.

Great range of spare parts
Needed to replace a ballast unit in a mirror lighting and couldn't find anywhere a direct replacement. Using BLTs website and data sheet I found a suitable part that was delivered quickly and enabled me to get the mirror lighting working again.
