Workmanship good, when they do actually work. A typical day for this companies on site employees is; Start work at 9.00am. Finish at 9.45am for tea until 11.30am. Finish at 12.45pm for lunch until 2.00pm. Clock off for the day at 3.45pm. Really? Less than half a days work done. I say work done, in fact there is very little work done. This company drags out the day to extend the length of time they are on the job which of course they are charging for. Not recommended. There are much better contractors out there that actually do work.

If you could help us address the problem by advising what job you have encountered this poor time management on, then we could pinpoint the staff you are referring to and investigate the issue.
Although it does not excuse the behaviour you have witnessed, we would also like to make you aware that the majority of work we carry out is pre-quoted, our customers are rarely charged hourly.
