My wife and I are in the process of a home renovation project (quite a big one at that). As part of this project, we are installing a new front door, some glazed steel/glass doors in the hallway and a glass ‘barn-door’ for our bedroom/ensuite.

We first made enquiries with RK Door Systems after visiting their stand at the National Homebuilding & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in February 2026. We were very impressed with the quality of their products, their supporting literature and the customer liaison team.

It was some months before we moved forward with our enquiry (namely b/c we only moved into our property in mid-April). We were contacted by Alex Tutton from the Woking branch (nearest to our home). With Alex’s support, we organised a visit to the showroom to look at the RK Door Systems and RK Steel products and discuss our requirements with Alex.

Fast forward a couple of months, following several consultations and many emails (between us and Alex), our order was placed and is progressing well. We also owe a big thank you to the back-of-house team; Phil (the surveyor), who came to the property to do some measuring up, ensuring the products we were purchasing fit into the designated slots; and Tressy (Finance team), who was diligent in contacting us so we could pay the necessary deposits for our order (which was a seamless process, compared to some organisations).

Our build project has been delayed in starting (due to our builder not being able to complete their last project, b/c of the hot summer temperatures); consequently, we won’t be ready for our order to be delivered/installed at site. When we shared this update with Alex, he took care of this, ensuring our order (when ready) is kept safe until needed.

With the reno project we are doing, you can be thrown many curveballs, but you always find the supplier that is willing to help/step-in and shoulder the pain. Alex has gone over & above and beyond to support my wife and me through this journey; for that we are entirely grateful.

We have already recommended ‘RK Door Systems’ and ‘RK Steel’ to various friends/family and acquaintances – not only for the great products, but the impeccable service & support they offer/deliver. Thank you, Alex and Team, for everything you’ve done for us!!

Just had my front door installed by RK Doors.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Great support from Julie in the Truro office which was underpinned by the excellent fitters: Jason & Curtis. Truly, a first class job!!!

Super-pleased with all elements from RK Door Systems.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to say how happy we are with our new internal steel and glass partition from RK Door Systems. We went for a 4m wide, 5-panel setup with a double door. The build quality is great, and the clean lines really open up the space, bringing natural light right into the middle of our home.

Many thanks to the team for all their help and advice. They looked after us through the whole process - from finding the right product to ordering and manufacture right through to the install. They got everything lined up with our build schedule, which was a relief!

Great experience end-to-end, would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful company doing a great job. The doors are gorgeous. 4 out of 7 flats on my floor used them.

This company should have 5 stars generally!

just had the best experience from start to finish with RK door systems. They were installed today and look amazing. couldn't be happier and would totally recommend this company.

We decided to invest in steel fire doors for our office refurbishment and we are delighted with the investment we have made. The doors have now been fitted and we are delighted with them. They are modern and sleek in appearance but incredibly strong and good quality in build. The opaque glass works well for the toilet door and the concealed self closing mechanisms work exceptionally well, closing softly but shutting firmly. We also purchased a new exterior door for our office which looks modern and attractive in appearance, and we are pleased with how strong and secure the door is. The process of dealing with RK Doors has been great and a big thank you to Jason and the other fitter, Julie and the office team for great service from start to finish. Look no further if you want quality doors.

Having just completed a new extension on our house , I was looking for some bespoke
steel doors for the divide between our bedroom and the stairs
This is when I discovered RK Steel
doors in Truro
What an absolutely pleasurable experience.
From the initial design to measurements to
fitting . The boys who measured and fitted the doors were so lovely . And as for the doors well they are just absolutely delightful . They look
stunning and have certainly created a statement piece . I would highly recommend this company .
Thank you so much one very happy customer

Could not be happier. We bought our new-build house with the promise of a great front door with incredible quality security. RK could not have been more helpful when I ran into a small issue. Dominic was a superstar and responded swiftly and professionally. Really couldn’t ask for more! Thank you, team RK!

We ordered a door for our self build and were extremely particular about getting everything just right. The end result is a real statement piece exactly what we specified, down to the finest detail. RK Doors were accommodating throughout the entire process and delivered precisely what we envisioned. We’ve since ordered a second door, which says it all. If you’re looking for high quality design and craftsmanship, I would highly recommend them.

When purchasing doors which cost upward of £7k I expect not to be ignored repeatedly. This is the second time in the last 2 years that I have attempted to purchase from RK doors (also known as Roka doors in Poland).
The first time, my wife gave in after being completely ignored by Graham. This time I have been put in touch with Graham again and now, after a few brief email exchanges, I am being completely ignored. Bizarrely, this company appears not to want business. There are plenty of other Polish and Slovenian aluminium door manufacturers whom I am sure would welcome new business.

Update:
I have provided proof to trustpilot in order to verify my experience. Also I still haven't received any replies to my emails which I sent to Graham.

Thank you for the update, I will be in touch again shortly.

We had 2 doors fitted. Process was smooth and Dominic and Tressy were very helpful at all stages of the project. Thanks to the fitters as well for a good installation.

Brilliant service from start to finish and the product is perfect. Beautiful doors and the quality is there for all to see. Perfect. Highly recommended.

High quality door and great service.

More than 2 years after install the key pad / finger print reader had an issue. Although out of warranty was sent a new unit next day which fixed the problem plus a neat looking rain guard provided to prevent potential further issues in the future.
Great to be able to have kids gain access easily and avoids problem of forgetting keys etc. Tuya app works well.

Fantastic doors, but when things go wrong, they are hopeless, nearly a year on now and still waiting for replacement parts!

Excellent door company. Helpful easy to deal with staff and an amazing product at the end fitted by highly skilled professional fitters

The team have been excellent to deal with.
I locked my self out today they sorted everything out for me getting back in my home.
The door is incredible I have had many people knocking where have I got this door from too.

Excellent customer service, Trish and the team couldn’t be more helpful. Had an issue with a faulty lock (out of warranty) and helped to resolve the issue even when the lock company couldn’t assist. Can’t rate them enough, and still love our front door eight years on from the original purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot speak highly enough about RK Door Systems and the outstanding customer service they provide. Despite my front door being out of warranty, they were incredibly reactive and forthcoming in addressing a recent issue with the locking mechanism. My elderly mother, who is 70 years old, was understandably stressed as she was unable to leave the house due to the fault. Elliot from RK Door Systems stepped in promptly, picking up on my concern right away. His responsiveness and professionalism brought immediate peace of mind to my family, particularly to my mother, and for that, I am immensely grateful.

RK Door Systems have always gone above and beyond in their customer service, both pre- and post-purchase. From the very beginning, they patiently addressed all of my queries, ensuring that I was completely comfortable with the entire process. Their seamless approach and willingness to help at every stage made the whole experience stress-free.

Their "no quibbles" approach to warranties is also commendable. When the digital door viewer stopped working after 18 months, they sent out a replacement the very next day without hesitation. It’s rare to find companies that stand so firmly behind their products, and RK Door Systems really set the bar here.

As for the door itself, my family was absolutely delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. Made from high-quality materials, it not only looks stunning but was also very simple to install, even using independent builders who were renovating my home at the time. The ease of installation combined with RK Door Systems' exceptional design offering makes them second to none in the industry.

Since having the door fitted, I’ve even had strangers stop me outside my home to compliment the design and ask where I purchased it. That’s a true testament to the eye-catching aesthetic and superior build quality RK Door Systems delivers.

I wholeheartedly recommend RK Door Systems to anyone considering a new front door. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, top-tier product quality, and stylish design make them the best choice you could make!

Update since my last review:
Since my last review, I was contacted by the company, who reassured me they would address the issues with the door. When they arrived, they discovered that the problem was not with the canister but with the entire locking system, which required a full replacement. They promptly returned once the new part had arrived and completed the installation. Throughout the process, they were consistently apologetic and professional. I am delighted that the matter has finally been resolved, and the door itself is absolutely stunning.

Original review:
Unfortunately, our experience with their service has been far from satisfactory. While the door itself has been installed and is stunning, the job remains incomplete as the key cylinder is faulty. Since the end of July, we have made numerous follow-up calls, yet no one has returned to complete the work. Despite my repeated efforts to have someone come and finish the job, communication from their side has been frustratingly slow, with no updates provided and now we are in middle of October.

I had expected a professional service but have been left deeply disappointed, with an unfinished door that cannot be used properly. They even suggested that we replace the cylinder ourselves which I find outrageous, as this would affect our warranty. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Had a pivot door which so far is a great product, lovely install team who worked hard, polite and very tidy. Our only fault is communication could be better, we often had to chase emails with no response and they didn’t really coordinate well with our builder hence 4 not 5 stars.
