Raluca not sure if I spell it right absolutely. So helpful was able to get new spins on another game as the game that was selected didn't work very much. Appreciated, thank you so much.

Very slow at getting anything done!
So I registered without issue and had a win. The win paid out the following day which in itself is poor as most sites pay out immediately. I made more deposits and had another win and requested withdrawal. I was then in the middle of a game and all of a sudden I was logged out and a message came up saying my account had been closed! Some time later I received an email asking to verify my identity. The amount of docs they require is ridiculous. However, I've supplied them all. 4 days later and I am still waiting for my account to be re activated. I wouldn't mind because I'm obviously going to close the account but I still have funds in the account that I either want to play or withdraw. They need to up their game!

So when I sign up with this guys I…
So when I sign up with this guys I thought they are good and ok but now I've literally changed my opinion completely. Is not because I lost 190£ is only because I've literally played over 100£ and not even one bonus round 🤣🤣🤣 and when I spoke with the lady from customer support she said to me but u had wins Marcel.Well for her from over 100£ spend winning 1£ or 2,50£ is a big winn.Whatvi find even stranger is that they have some rewards that only if u deposit money u will get them, but then I have a question Bingo diamond why u say is a free game when u don't win absolutely nothing never ?yes u recive free spins and stuff but they are conditioned upon depositing money if u don't then u don't win nothing. So yep definitely don't recommend to nobody honestly and I will definitely not play with them no more
