Hi Cherie,
We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt our customer support came across as rude – that is never the experience we want for our players. Our team always strives to provide professional and friendly assistance, and we regret if your interaction didn’t feel that way to you.
Regarding your gameplay concerns, please know that all of our games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures completely fair and random outcomes – wins and losses are purely a matter of luck.
You also mentioned reviews being removed. Just to clarify, we do not have the ability to delete reviews ourselves. TrustPilot has its own independent processes for moderating and removing posts that don’t meet their guidelines.
We’d really love to understand more about your experience and what we could do better. If you’d like to share more details with us directly, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – your feedback helps us improve.
Kind regards,
