Great experience with ease, but the only thing I would mention is our appointment was at 11am and we even turned up a little late and still had to wait 30 mins to get seen

I bought a car from big motoring world on 1st June and it is now 15th June and I've not been able to drive it because as soon as I got home the car doors would not LOCK leaving the car vulnerable to theft. I made 2 complaints and they would not accept responsibility or acknowledge my rights under the customer rights act. One member of staff even lied to me. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER IF YOU EXPECT AFTER SALES SERVICES AS YOU WONT GET ANY. There is a 3 month warrancy on all cars and the claim team are professional and polite but be careful of the garage chosen for you.

Apart from the long wait the service we received was impeccable.
The lovely staff really were attentive and friendly.

Booked to test drive a Volvo EX30 and immediately received emails, texts and calls to comfirm this. Turned up for the test drive only to be told that someone had reserved the car the day before so therefore could not test drive. No phone calls, texts or emails to tell us this. Looking forward to being offered the costs back from my wasted 3-hour round trip?

Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed approach to selling and were not pushed at all.

Dealt with Joe during the test drive and the whole car exchange. Joe was very polite and also insured that we got the deal we wanted.

Very attentive, fast and easy to buy

Our assistant was Liam and it was only his 2nd day. He was fabulous and did all he could for us.
Sadly the car we went to see had been sold. We had an appointment so was disappointed we hadn’t had a call today it had been sold.
Management were not over accommodating.

We went without appointment to view stock. Reception ladies were very welcoming and signed us in. We went and viewed the cars we were interested in then waited a short time for an advisor who took us out for a test drive and completed our purchase.
Very organised showroom and were given plenty of hot or cold drinks.

Good service nothing I asked for was to much effort, good selection of vehicles

Every member of staff that we dealt with were friendly and efficient, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service was excellent

Brought a car and within less than 3 months the oil light kept coming on, they approved diagnostics = severe oil leak over everything in the front of the car informed it is a massive fire hazard and to not drive the car. Informed them and the mechanic sent his quote they refused to cover the whole cost as a wet belt replacement was quoted due to the oil sitting on it and it needing to be removed and would still be a risk. They kept saying I had to cover the cost of the wet belt, I contacted 6 other garages who all said the same thing about the wet belt replacement but yet they still refuse to cover the cost of the full quote even though they sold the car faulty! Their aftercare team and useless and just keep forwarding me the same email and not answering any of my questions.they refuse to give me a certosey car, I have spent hindered on families insurances and hiring cars to get to work ect and I have 3 small children. And they expect me to spend more on a care they sold faulty.
Complaints won’t deal with it because it’s with after care and aftercare aren’t dealing with it!
Crap staff, service and warranty wouldn’t bother paying for theirs!

Such a great selection of cars to choose from and with all prices . I found my chosen car so quickly and the whole process was so straightforward

Its a big place with many options and most importantly the reassurance given on vehicle with all the inspection details, service history checks, and changes made to the vehicle all very transparent. Better to visit the site rather than scrolling through lots of vehicles in various websites.

The after sales service I received has been disgusting. No ownership taken of the issue ( a car less than 2 years old just purchased from them with 2000 miles on the clock). The car needed a new clutch but the service BMW (under warranty) provided was hopeless, slow to reply or get things moving. I ended up having to push for the repairs with no help from them. They did their best to avoid replacing the clutch and in the end I was without a usable car for 8 weeks, which they don't consider worthy of any compensation or goodwill gesture. All smiles whilst purchasing but after sales - BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I’d particularly like to highlight Cameron for the outstanding service he provided throughout our purchase. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly patient while we worked through our indecisiveness. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and instead took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision.

What really stood out was Cameron’s knowledge and genuine care for his customers. He informed us about the option of voluntary termination on our current finance agreement—something we had absolutely no awareness of—which has potentially saved us a significant amount financially. That advice alone made a huge difference to us and showed that he genuinely had our best interests at heart, rather than just focusing on the sale.

Cameron made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable, and he is a real credit to the team. We’re extremely grateful for his help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

When it came to collection, Yasmin was equally impressive. She took us through all of the paperwork clearly and professionally, making sure we understood all of the relevant information. She made the handover process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Emily also helped us with the final part of the process and was pleasant and helpful, although we didn’t spend enough time with her to provide more detailed feedback.

Overall, the team made the whole experience positive, professional, and straightforward. Thank you all.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. During the test drive, the car appeared to be in decent condition—no obvious scratches were visible, although the interior was noticeably dirty. We raised this with the staff before agreeing to purchase, and we were clearly assured that a full deep clean would be carried out prior to collection.

Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. When we received the car, it hadn’t been cleaned at all—the interior was just as dirty as before. Even more concerning, there were multiple scratches on the interior that were not visible during the test drive. The difference in condition from one day to the next is hard to ignore.

Overall, this has left us feeling misled and frustrated. It genuinely feels like we were not given the same car we originally viewed, or at the very least that its condition was not honestly represented. I would not recommend based on this experience.
