Wonderful service from Mo and the team. Booked a test drive and no pushy sales. Part exchanged cars. Brought v5 document in after number plate off retention. Again, staff were friendly and plenty of time. Drinks bar is amazing. Would definitely recommend. Happy with the service we received.

It was great experience from moment we stepped in to the salesperson to finance team. All knowledgeable friendly and approachable. Also received free drinks

EDIT: Note than BMW have replied to my review, yet noone has been in touch to discuss my case. We still don't have the car after being promised last Friday and when that didn't happen, we were promised yesterday. No replies to emails either.

I would give less if I could. This review is for the Leeds branch but my email was also ignored by head office. I reserved a car at the start of April. We went to collect to be told when we arrived that the car had been called in for a recall and therefore we couldn't take it home that day. Very disappointing considering we drove all the way and a phone call in advance from the company would have saved us the hassle. We took out insurance as we believed we were collecting the car that day. We then booked to pick the car up on the 11th April so we kept the insurance running. On the 11th April I received a call asking to book a slot to pick up the car that day, which is strange sonce I booked a slot in person the day we went to collect and couldn't take it. I asked on the phone whether it had come back from the Kia garage to be told it never went there in the first place and that I could sort the recall once I'd bought the car. Why an earth I would buy a faulty car is beyond me, and there was no explanation as to why it hadn't made it to the garage on the 9th. I then asked for it to be rebooked in for a recall and to be called back when they had sorted a date with the garage. I didn't receive a call back so chased this up again to be told the 29th - 3 weeks later than the first recall date. I had to cancel my insurance at the point, so I have paid for insurance for a car I never even received. What is more, I rang several times after the 29th to check if it had come back from the garage yet. Noone was helpful and just said I needed to wait. It would have been nice for someone to offer to call Kia and find out the information about when the car might be ready. I chased this up again this morning, asking to speak to a manager. I was promised on the phone a manager would call me back at 11.30. I reiterated that I had been promised calls back on several occasions and I needed assurance someone would call me back at 11.30. The man on the phone said "100%" and I've still not received a call. I will never recommend this company and I will be asking for my deposit back which they have been holding for 6 weeks now.

Polite staff, lots good clean cars to choose from

I was looking at an Kia Niro 3, which was up for £17,900 and has been since 07/05/26 and before then 21/04/26 it was at £18,000. I enquired to ask questions about the car specifically the battery and if certain cables were included, as I was talking through the chat the price increased to £18,100 which I then questioned and they brushed it off with we do dynamic pricing to the market. Seems abit suspect that it happens exactly when I enquire about the car and they wouldn't provide a battery health report.

Had a great experience would not go elsewhere ever again and i would not have made the purchase without Mo Balas help. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me all the information to make the right decision for me.

The process of buying a new car takes a lot of time. We had chosen our new car. But the paper work took an hour. However our sales rep Mo Bala was excellent. Kept us updated along the way. Before selecting our chosen car we were shown other alternatives and were taken out for test drive. Mo's knowledge about the different car was excellent and made our decision easier.

Mo Bala was extremely helpful in explaining to my wife the benefits of going electric. From there I'd already looked at potential cars and the Nissan Leaf we looked at has proved to be the right choice. Thanks to Mo for spending the time to do a good deal on the day which was more than expected.
The only downside was pick up day.
We only live 10 minutes away and having left home at 10:40 and got back home at 12:15, with the handover only taking 10 minutes we had an hour of waiting with no communication as to why it was taking so long.
Overall very good but be prepared to wait for long periods

Great range of cars to view . Faz was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He handled our deal very professionally at all times and came across as a very nice person.

All started well met at reception loads of cars to compare told how to go on left us i peace to browse. Narrowed it down to 3 cars whent to reception a young man got the keys and showed us round the cars and aswerd my questions . After choosing the car I wanted he said it won't take long to sort paperwork. 3 hrs later finally got car on getting home noticed trunk cover was wrong one so another trip back tomorrow to try sort that out
Overall good choice but once I paid bank transfer every thing slowed down left sat a cafe no one forth coming with info regards what was happening had to pester people to get things moving. As I said 3hrs waiting

Update on trunking cover whent back and was well looked after buy Hanjay sorted my problem out with minimum fuss well done young man thank

If you walk in with cash to purchase a vehicle and you don't take their extortionately priced extra warranty or want their finance, they do not want to know you. The car we viewed had a small area of considerable (easy spottable) damage. I highlighted the damage, the salesman instantly recoiled, ran off to speak to the 'manager' / 'the wall', and agreed that should not be there and they will honour repairing this. They wanted to repair it rather than reduce the cost of the car, so we paid the deposit and agreed the asking price and we would pick it up a few days later. We called prior to collection to check, 'all has been done and the car is ready'. Timed slot to collect the car but they left my wife waiting 1hr before being seen to. The original sales person eventually came over to sign paperwork and she was told to sign at that point before seeing the car as it would be another 30mins wait to sign after if she wanted to see the car first. The salesman will now exit your life at this point never wishing to be bothered again. Keys are flung at my wife and instructed the car is outside a door somewhere. When found the damage hadn't been repaired, the bodywork shop had pushed the small trim back in place and that's your lot. Dent and scratches remained. When challenged they basically lie and back out of any agreement they may have previously told. You are left with the person who is payment + handover team but they can't answer for the salesman. Called for the manager, the manager won't come and see you, the car is to be now sold as seen for the asking price.
Disgusting behaviour and abominable customer service. A mere polite interaction from the salesman or manager would have probably have saved this sale, however my wife left the showroom. Frustrated, car -less, out of pocket as we had already bought the insurance. The deposit has just been refunded after chasing, nearly 2 weeks later. Do not waste your time.

Got a car from them. All ok on test-drive and when I collected the car. The next day the engine management light came on. Reported immediately to them. Struggling now to get even a phone call response from them! Disgusting customer aftersales. They all to happy to take £9000 from me, but when a fault develops, they're not i terrsred@

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Leeds branch. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a 3-day ordeal.
• The Finance Trap: I was required to pay a £500 deposit before being allowed to see the APR rates. Being forced to commit money without knowing the cost of the credit is a practice that feels designed to corner the customer. I ended up paying by cash which then lead to them trying to not sell me the car.
• Safety & Missing Items: The horn failed on the very first day of ownership. Despite this being a safety-critical dealer responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act, I’ve been told to go to the manufacturer. Furthermore, the 3-pin charging cable was missing and my requests for the reimbursement for the replacement are being ignored.
• Poor Communication: No one is responding to my emails or my outstanding complaint. I even received an email saying my reservation had expired the moment I left the site. Despite being told it would be held.
I am still waiting for the branch to take ownership of the horn repair and provide the reimbursement for the missing cable. I hope this public feedback prompts a manager to finally resolve these issues professionally.

Mo Bala was very professonal and friendly. Explained everything perfectly. I would recomend my friends to see him when buying a car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The single worst car buying experience of my life. We bought a Range Rover Evoque 7 months ago from big Motoring World. In that time, it has been off the road, undriveable for 4 months!
Before we bought the car, we were told it would be serviced, this never happened. When we went to collect, the body work was damaged as it had been crashed into.
Thus far, we have spent almost £2000 on towing, diagnostics, replacement parts and labour on the car...and we are now facing another £1000 bill for the latest problem, which would have been avoided had the car been serviced as originally agreed.
Customer service are useless, I have wasted countless hours on hold to unhelpful and rude customer service agents, who are clearly trained to never admit any fault or accept liability for anything.
We are currently in the process of taking legal advice to submit a claim to the motoring ombudsman, for all of the expenses that we have had because of this.

I cannot stress this enough.....DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BIG MOTORING WORLD!!!

Couldn't fault customer service even though its a long process its worth it in the end to get the car you want for decent price .Whole team are friendly, introduce themselves, offer beverages.Haaris was exceptionally helpful with my first car purchase.

We went to Big Motoring World twice in 3 days. I had registered interest in 3 cars prior to our first visit. We were kept waiting for over have an hour after our appointment started before we saw the first car, which wasn’t suitable. Another 40 minutes later we were told that we couldn’t test drive the Honda H-RV as the battery was flat and wouldn’t start. Another half an hour later we finally managed to test drive a Ford Kuga, which I was interested in buying until I pointed out several areas of concern we spotted on closer examination, including what looked like collision damage on the rear bumper.
We made a further appointment online for the following week to test drive 2 Ford Kugas we were interested in. The cars were specifically requested using the online booking form. This time we were waiting another 45 minutes only for the sales representative to tell us the car wouldn’t start. We decided to leave at that point as we’d wasted enough time. I would have expected the cars we had booked to see in advance to have been checked before we arrived and made sure they were ready to go. On both occasions we were left waiting way too long with no updates as to what was happening.
