All in all a fantastic buying experience. This bicycle supplier is reliable and best of all super organised and very quick prompt delivery with notifications all the way.. I wish all firms were like this. The bike is superb straight out of the box. A little home setting up and vroom. Thank you bicycle land. Will buy again sometime for sure.

Overall a great experience. The website information has many spelling mistakes which doesn't give a very professional impression but delivery time and chat communication excellent. Would recommend.

I'm reviewing the service, not the product here :) Fast delivery and easy to order from a proper bike shop (as far as I can tell from 200 miles away). Price was competitive and the seller is an authorised distributor of the HIMO bikes we bought and hence offered a warranty. I would always recommend buying from a proper bike shop when considering lesser known brands; They won't sell it if it's rubbish and they will help you if you have a problem. Regarding the bikes, still early days, but meet expectations for budget e-bikes.

I have recently purchased two e bikes one for my wife and one for myself. The Ado A20f fat tyre bike for my wife is really cool and a head turner while out on our rides. I have a Fiido D4s and it rides great and folds small enough to get on the train with it while commuting to work. I had one shipped and picked up the second bike from London but unless you want to visit Londons famous traffic I would recommend shipping option. Although it was nice to meet the guys in the workshop and see how they prep the bike for customers.

I got defected cycle and i contact their support team they are not replying…. Really very bad I’m very disappointed…..moreover they seen that review and they called me and first of all that guy talk to me nicely and after sometime he changed his way of talking … he talk to me very badly

I paid and they informed me afterwards about shipping costs. Otherwise fast delivery and product according to the specifications

Some wires on the controller of my A20F ebike have burnt and melted and the only response from bicycleland so far is a computer generated auto email from 8 days ago.

I tried contacting bicycleland by telephone over 3 days (Sat,Mon and Tuesday) but the line is constantly engaged.

ADO responded to the copy of the email I sent bicycleland (for reference) about my ebike problem by asking for my details so they could ship the bike to China to be repaired but they have not yet replied to my reply email on-Tue 26/07/2022 16:48.

I mistakenly ordered two ADO A20F Ebikes from Bicycle Land (on a Wednesday afternoon) instead of one from their internet shop and phoned them to cancel one,within minutes my mistake was corrected and my bike was delivered 8.30am on the following Monday.

Price including delivery.

Bicycle Land where £££ cheaper than Amazon and ££ cheaper than other online ebike retailers that I checked
and delivery was included in their bike price.

Five people have stopped to ask me where I purchased my Ebike from and I was more than happy to pass on BicycleLands details to them.

I purchased a Fiido L3. My bike arrived quickly, and in perfect condition.
It became evident a week or so later that the battery wasn't right and was draining too quickly. I found the customer service to be great, all of my messages have been replied to promptly, and the support team sought to find the best solution for me and are sending a replacement. I have read some bad reviews but I can only say I will be buying my next bike from these guys. No complaints at all.

Bicycle Land provided an excellent service with my recent purchase. I had a couple of questions regarding the delivery which they answered promptly, and my bike arrived as promised, am very pleased with how the whole process went.
