BetweenBox is the service to choose. Period.
BetweenBox is the service to choose if/when one needs to get help redirecting shipments from France. They are súper communicative, thorough, and courteous. From a few online reviews, I made my decision, and now I’m a believer. Had an “only deliver in the EU” situation and they took care of everything to ensure my receipt in the USA. Recommended.

Thank you, my item arrived fast and with no extra charges.
I took the chance with trying this new company, sent 2 items to them worth 1500€ that I bought on ebay France.

My package was forwarded quickly
My package was forwarded quickly, but the postage calculator on the BetweenBox website does not include VAT (tax) and obligatory insurance! So the final cost for their service ended up being almost twice the cost of the estimate they gave before signing up for their service. Once they have your package, you’re stuck paying way more than you expected. Very misleading.

I have a bunch of points, which gives me the oppinion, that this reshipper is one of the worst i´ve ever used.
1.) they charge you very high shipping rates, even if it´s inbetween france and germany
(at first they wanted about 190 Euro for a package of about 26 KG (yes it´s heavier, but for 190 Euo i could ship it to the states and back almost), but they gave me a student discount, which made it to about 120 at least..."yay")
2.) they packaged my goods while consolidation so bad, so that almost every item got damaged while transport. (I am talking about items which are worth about 500 Euro!)
3.) they refuse to take responsibility for that, even we had an extra insurance (which costs 15 euro on top)
4.) they now blocked me at their side and the answer they give me via mail are like a 5 year old child, which won´t take responsibility for their fault
5.) i got the package on 14.12.2021 and directly contacted them with pictures etc. of the damages.
just today (05.01.2022) they told me that "chronopost" (their shipper) won´t take any resposibility for that nor they....
its ridiculous how they operate....
PS: @betweenbox: please contact me, if you want a friendly solution for that issue....

Between Box forwarded one parcel to me. Everything worked as it was supposed to, communication was good and timely, I received my parcel quickly and with minimum hassle.

I feel that the link points on the site and their verification have not been sufficiently performed.
for example
Even if OK appears on the credit card payment screen
Actually, it could not be settled and was not shipped.
I was able to settle the payment by repeating the operation on the third day.
As the second example
I should have been able to see a picture of my luggage,
I couldn't see the photo even if I clicked on the specified part.
Since the handling fee is higher than other forwarding companies,
I hope that you will make steady improvements.

Worked really well and were really helpful. They helped me find the package after I thought I lost it somewhere in France. But they managed to help me and sent a photo of the product when it later arrived at their adress.
I will deffinetly use betweenbox again in the future.

Fantastic Service
This was my first time using BetweenBox. I was a little hesitant to use a forwarder in general with the current state of global supply chains. However, the experience using BetweenBox was exceptional! I know who I'll use going forward for all my European purchases.

I was surprised a service like this exists. When I found an item on eBay that was only deliverable within the EU and not to the USA I searched for a reputable company and found BetweenBox. Worthy every penny.
