DEAR INTERNET POLICE: They have stole money from my brother
My brother won 2,102, submitted his documents, photo, passport, address.
They denied his withdrawals multiple times despite 100% clear photos and extra information.
My brother was refused withdrawal multiple times. Because he was refused multiple times, he used up all his winnings in frustration and injured himself in the wrist, he slit himself in the wrist because of this scam company.
They don't conduct proper KYC if they don't verify identity before making a deposit, that's my entire point. They just want your MONEY. ATTENTION: THEY WILL ONLY CONDUCT "PROPER KYC" AFTER YOU WITHDRAW, NOT BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DEPOSIT!
My brother is now in the hospital recovering from self-injury because of his negative experience with this Ukrainian/Russian-led bookmaker.
Please do not bet here. They will abscond with your money. Please reply here if you need my brother's personal details, screenshots of his withdrawal refusals and his winnings.

This website is just incredible overall. It looks great and has great functionality. I'm not the biggest gambler so I wanted an easy to use online casino when I get the urge. Betplays will steal your money if you win
I registered for an account on Betplays.com about a month ago. I bet some sports with them over about a two week period. I deposited about $3,000 USD in bitcoin. I won about $2,000 and then decided to withdrawal my money. Betplays then wrote me this email:
"Dear Customer,
After reviewing your betting activity closely, we discovered that you violated our General Terms and Conditions. Because of that, your account will be suspended, and no winnings will be paid."
They are even stealing the deposit not just the winnings. I have no idea what they are talking about but they refuse to pay or even explain why they are doing this.

As you can see from their response below, their support is almost non existent. "Delighted to hear you had a positive betting experience". I don't call having my money stolen by you a positive experience.
I can assure you they are refusing to pay me my money and will not answer me in the live chat, by email, and will even ignore my phone calls.
I strongly believe that their reviews on this site that are positive are manufactured by them. How can you give a site a good review where you have no chance to win. If you lose, they get your money. If you win, they manufacture a reason to not pay you and still get your money. I highly recommend avoiding this site at all cost!

Update: Received withdrawal (undisclosed) after 72 hours of asking support. Was then paid out to my bank within 10 minutes following this. Updated from 1 star only to 3 because this was a frustrating withdrawal

I've been depositing and gambling here for quite sometime. I am fully verified and ready to withdrawal and they keep declining it. Why am I not allowed to withdrawal directly back to my card or through crypto? I am unable to use interac and I have never once made a deposit using it. I now have money stuck in my account and this whole time I've been gambling here for no damn reason. This is absurd. Do not bet here guys. I can see why there are so many negative reviews. I made an account with Betplays and deposited $2500 to bet on sports. I got lucky on a few bets and got the account up to $22K. I was then limited on my wagers to a couple dollars and decided to withdraw my funds. After initiaing a withdrawal, I was asked to provide documents for verification which I completed. After a week of no contact from betplays I finally received an email stating that I have broken the terms and conditions and will not be receiving my money. This includes the $2500 that I deposited. The rule they are accusing me of breaking is having multiple accounts, which I do not. This is a scam of a website who does not pay you if you win but will gladly take your money if you lose. Accusing me of breaking their rules when I have not is an outright lie. I recommend not going near this website, they are a joke and a fraud.
This is what the email says:

Scam site. I received multiple emails today saying "Welcome to betplays" "Thank you for registering" etc. I have never registered or even heard of this site before. I'm also located in Ontario Canada - I don't even think this website is legally registered in Ontario. It looks like this is one of those sites that gets email and personal info of players off other betting/gambling sites and bot registers them then spams their email and phone with this crap. Any website who does stuff like this is immediately untrustworthy. WARNING AVOID SITES THAT PRACTICE THIS STUFF AT ALL COSTS
