From the initial show room consultation with Nic to the installation with Michael Blackhall we received a 5star service 👍
The range of options for selection and helpful advice offered by the staff in the show room was first rate.
Michael turned up on the day as arranged, respectful of the property and meticulous in his work. The finished installation has completely changed the room for the better, far better than our expectations.
He cleaned up during and after installation, and didn’t leave until he himself and ourselves were completely satisfied with the finished product. Simple outstanding.
Fully recommend the company and Michael the fitter.

I visited the showroom in Knowsley last…
I visited the showroom in Knowsley last week with the intention of finding out a little more about options for new fire. Really impressed by the showroom, I was looked after quite brilliantly by Faith, who explained everything we needed to know. With her help and guidance, I made a great decision and purchased a fantastic 2 meter wide panoramic fire on the spot. Picked it up an hour later from the depot attached to the showroom. Everything was slick, quick and very easy. The guys at this place are real experts. I’d definitely recommend calling in to see them if you’re looking for some inspiration, information or help. Had a gorgeous electic fire suite 890hd from Bespoke fireplaces fitted today by brillant workers Gary and Lee. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellently fittef and demonstrated all packaging removed would highly recommend both Gary and Lee and Bespoke fireplaces.

Faulty PCB
I contacted the service department to inform them that my fire was no longer fully operational, even though power was reaching the unit. The response was quick, and after a few checks as to warranty validity, I was offered two solutions.
1. Have an engineer come to the house to fix the issue, which would take a number of weeks or:
2. Opt for a self-service option, where a video was sent to demonstrate the process for replacing the PCB that was faulty. The video came with a wiring diagram to ensure the correct wires were switched. There was also the offer of a call whilst I was replacing the unit to talk me through the process.
The part arrived, and I replaced the PCB without any issues. The fire is working perfectly. At every stage, Luke was quick to respond and offered constructive support. I was very impressed.
