Great product at a good price, delivery was faultless. Good company to deal with

Showroom staff were really helpful and friendly without feeling pressured, gave me lots of advice and helped me choose the right fire for me, (and there is a lot to choose from!) delivery was quick and easy, the delivery lads were so helpful too. The fire is absolutely gorgeous, I'm very happy with the overall experience Cannot praise Bespoke enough!

A really big thank you!! We received our order of the Aspen marble suite on Friday and we couldn’t be more delighted.

It’s rare to find the level of customer service that you offer. Despite never seeing it in person, we purchased the suite having followed you for some time on social media and after looking at other reviews. Every interaction including enquiry, sales, delivery and after sales has been outstanding. I was so surprised to find that the suite came with the decorative logs which finishes the suite perfectly and your attention to detail didn’t stop there with the inclusion of absolutely everything that’s needed - even decorators caulk!

Excellent customer service given by Colin. Colin rang to see if I had received my marble sample box in the post and was extremely helpful when I attended the showroom. He went through all the options and assisted me with my purchase. Looking forward to seeing fire once delivered and installed.

The service was amazing from start to finish, we were told the date the fire would come the day after ordering, and couldn't fault how easy and quick the delivery was! The fire is absolutely amazing, we got the Panoramic 1500 with the luxe logs, worth every penny, blown away by how perfect it is! Couldn't recommend this company enough. We were contemplating finding a cheaper fire elsewhere but so glad we didn't and went with the fire we really wanted. We went with Bespoke Fireplaces as they clearly have a really good reputation for their quality and service, and also struggled to find a fire of the same quality for a cheaper price! Thank you.

Customer service was amazing. We received a damaged fireplace initially and not only were they so apologetic, but they arranged for another fireplace to be delivered the next day and the damaged one to be collected. Would definitely recommend and know other people who have ordered from this company too and have said exactly the same.

Couldn't make up our mind which marble fireplace to choose & they sent out a few videos of the fires in their showroom to help us which it did, delivery was on time the whole experience was easy.
We have yet to have the fire & fireplace fitted.

The sales team were fantastic and could not do enough to help us. Colin out initial contact was so helpful and meeting Matt at the Grand Design Show helped us with our final choice. And to top it all the delivery guys Steve & Andy were great also. The fire is now installed & even better than I thought it would be on my lounge.
