Customer service is fantastic - Beth responded to my order straight away and was very courteous - advising a next day delivery - 10/10.

Always an easy experience when Ordering from BES.

I have been using BES for years and they are a super efficient company to deal with.
On the few occasions I have had a problem I only have to pick up the phone, which is answered promptly and my problem is resolved.

Easy to find what we needed, Next day delivery and helpful aftersales!

UPDATE: Called earlier because I couldn't find something on their site - had to hang up while waiting to speak to someone (another thing came up)... a few hours later, they called me to see if there was anything they could do to help. Top marks (again!)

I judge a company based on how they perform when things go wrong. The initial delivery, was screwed up by DPD, however BES immediately looked into it and arrange for replacements to be sent out ( including giving me the option for receiving them on a Saturday, which was rather nice). When I received the replacements, I discovered one item still outstanding, which may very well have been my error-with no fuss whatsoever, they arranged for a second parcel to fulfill the remaining order even though the error was very likely my error. Everything was communicated very clearly, and it was genuinely very easy to sort out. Top marks.

All items ( Primary Pro insulation) in stock order quite late on in day and arrived next day FOC as spent over £50
All items came well packaged.

Late ordering cut-off time was a great option and goods were delivered on time the next day

Only giving 4 stars as we had to go on a little goose chase for our order being delivered to the wrong place, but luckily with Beth's help we managed to locate it. Never had an issue with BES - always great products, delivery & now hands on customer service.

Really good company, technical advice is excellent. I had a problem with a valve which they sorted next day.

Very happy with the press gun, first class piece of kit which will save using heat to do my work. Ordering couldn’t have been easier and delivery was quick. I have used BES for many years and have never had any problems, highly recommended

Awful company. Mis-sold me a gas supply years ago. Sadly they’d rang and promised a price over an un-recorded call then call back with the contract over a recorded conversation. It took me 3 years to get out of contract and even at the end they tried to rip me off. Thankfully citizens advice and the energy ombudsman got involved. Avoid at all costs.
