Excellent service. Customer service staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I went to the ideal home show and bought a set of pans. When I got home I found I had 2 identical frying pans. They were very busy so could see how it happened. Rang and it was replaced within 24 hours , cannot ask for any more than that!

High maintenance pans, do not buy if you want something that will last without regular care. You need a strict cleaning regime to look after the non stick and these didn't make it to 2 years. A massive waste of money. Very disappointed

My pans are starting to wear out after around 15 years hard use. They’ve been in the dishwasher and I’ve occasionally used metal on them. Now the non-stick is starting to fray on a couple of pans from my large set, so I came onto their website to check what the coating was and it doesn’t contain forever chemicals

Half my set are still in really good condition and I’m keeping all the glass lids. They’re all still good after 15 years

These are truly amazing. I bought a full set of pans about 20 years ago. I have used and abused them over those years and they are still functioning well. I decided to buy two new frying pans, 20cm and 23cm. What a dream. The non stick surface is remarkable. No oil needed. Nothing sticks. As advised, I now wash the pan in soapy water with a soft dishcloth as soon as I finish cooking in it. It’s so easy! Dry the pan with a damp, clean dishcloth and it’s all done. Low fat/ calorie cooking because you do not need fat or oil to cook. The instruction say to use the glass lid when frying eggs to maintain moisture. I didn’t think this would work but it does. I have a full set of lids but have rarely used them. From now on I will. I would recommend these products to everyone. They are an investment as they last so long. They look stylish too and can be used for any form of cooking method (gas electric etc) , and they can go in the oven if you unscrew and remove the handle. What’s not to like?

Bought a 26cm saute pan to replace an old one. It's exactly what I was after and lighter than my old one (when you don't use the lid). It's huge too, ideal for what I was after.
Two days after I bought and before it was delivered, they had a 10% off sale. I contacted them and they swiftly reimbursed me for the savings - even more value for money, thank you.

I placed an order for some spare parts and after the purchase I realised I’d put the wrong delivery address (silly me), I contacted them through email asking to have the delivery diverted, first thing the next day I received an email from Jacquie stating she had rearranged so my order was sent to the correct address, very polite and efficient, I’ve had this problem before with other companies only to be told ‘it’s your mistake and not our problem’, Jacquie was the most helpful and polite I’ve ever come across and I would have no hesitation advising people to buy from them.

I had bought x2 products but then struggled to register them both. The response was quick and efficient and sorted out the registration for me.

I've had my previous saute pan from you for 12 years. When the surface degraded I tried other pans but none were as good so reordered with you. The pan is excellent as I knew it would be.

Do not buy! This company is refusing to honour the warranty. Through no fault of my own (and I promise you the pan has never been in the dishwasher or had anything abrasive on it) the non stick surface has failed. I am so disappointed, having bought several items from this company. They are refusing to refund or replace and say I have to send the pan to them at my expense. I will be contacting Trading Standards as it is a con to say there is a warranty and then fail to honour it. BTW this is after a lot of chasing on my part. A deliberate attempt to flout the law.

I had accidentally put the same order in twice. I had a phone call from the company to verify. They promptly refunded one of the orders and cancelled it for me.

We love these pans! They truly are non stick and hard wearing. You just need to avoid metal utensils and oil then from time to time. They are definitely worth the cost. The customer service is great
