I was given plenty of time and didn’t feel rushed although on both occasions the store was busy overall at Stirling I spoke to Paul David and over the phone Autumn who were all very helpful polite and made sure we were considering the right products for us and our home I wouldn’t hesitate to return based on service levels and we are excited to receive our new bed and just hope it meets our expectations
I was impressed with the product knowledge and the team were able to answer all of my many questions without hesitation

Maria was fantastic and made us feel at ease. She talked us through choosing the correct mattress and helped us make the best choice for both of us. We were very glad when we came back that she was there again so we could buy with her. Really personable and approachable without being pushy which was nice. Will definitely be back when we need a new bed for the spare room!

Simon was fantastic at the Stirling store. Very knowledgable, he provided great detail on the different types of mattresses without bias towards any one type/brand. There was no hard sell, which is what we needed and wanted. He gave us time on our own to test, explore and discuss what we wanted, again with no hard sell. He was able to answer all of our questions and we felt really relaxed with Simon, and fully informed when making our decision. Thanks again.

The sales person was so helpful, let us try the beds we thought were best for us. Had us in the bed generator to let us see our sleeping pattern, and we bought the mattress of our hopeful new dreams.

Wow - I've been looking forward to writing this review. Autumn in the Stirling store has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in any shop in my 42 years of being a consumer. From the first impression to us leaving and even in follow up phone calls, I can't praise her enough. She opened up a whole new world of beds for myself and my partner and completely trusted her experience and vast knowledge. It's very rare to hear someone say the words out loud "I absolutely love my job." This was obvious throughout our interaction with Autumn. She even stayed behind an hour after her shift ended to ensure that she was involved throughout our shopping experience. There was no hard sell but she found the perfect balance of explaining what else was on offer. We only came in for a nosey and I would never have predicted that we would've ended up ordering a bed, headboard and mattress. She made the process so easy and is an asset to Bensons for Beds. I was thrilled to get my 2 new pillows and duvet cover from stock in store. Her name may be Autumn but she is shining throughout Winter! Please pass these comments onto regional and national management! What a woman! Thank you for everything and for making us feel so welcome and wanted. Every workplace needs an Autumn!

We had a great experience in the Stirling store. Simon was so knowledgeable and not in the slightest bit pushy. He gave us time to try out so many mattresses before we decided on the right one. I would definitely recommend this store.

Autumn made our experience 5 star, she is an absolute star & most definately an assett to your company, friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable just superb customer service from start to finish.

The Stirling in-store adviser (Simon) was very helpful and excellent at his job. However, we were put off from buying by the bad Internet reviews for Bensons’ customer service, delivery and warranty issues. There was little evidence of redress for the customer but only Lauryn’s promises that Bensons would try to improve.
We were also put off by the very high percentage of awful reviews regarding the quality of Slumberland mattresses.

N.B. The four stars is only for our experience in the Stirling branch. However, poor Internet reviews of the company’s after-sales service would indicate a low star rating for Bensons in general for the reasons given above.
I got replies from both Bensons and the Stirling store. Both replies showed that each had either misread or misunderstood what I wrote. Bensons interpreted the review as positive while the Stirling store viewed it as negative . . the opposite of what we intended.

Went into the Stirling store looking for some recommendations... Spoke with Maria, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for.

Carol, the member of staff was amazing. She took time with us to make sure we bought the perfect pillows and mattress to suit our needs. She was very professional and we really appreciated the way she dealt with our purchases. Thank you.

All the staff were friendly and helpful especially when I picked up the mattress. Everything was ready. Very efficient.

Customer support by Paul and Autumn was excellent.
