Carol was very helpful, knowledgeable & the friendly welcoming kind of staff you love to deal with when buying anything never mind something as personal as a new mattress!

As a business owner I don’t write a negative review lightly, but the level of ineptitude from bensons customer service team is astounding. My husband and I recently purchased an expensive TV bed from bensons and paid extra for installation and set up, and ironically a damage protection package.

On arrival the installation team diagnosed an inherent fault with the TV, having attempted to trouble-shoot it over their support line, and promised a new one would be ordered. Two weeks later I chased bensons who denied any issue with the TV, blamed it on our WiFi, and instructed us to do more trouble-shooting and to contact the installation company. After explaining the situation again I was told they wouldn’t speak to me because my husband’s name was on the order. He gave them permission to speak to me and they’ve gone silent.

I’ve asked for a refund as this is actually ridiculous. The problem was identified by the installation they appointed, so now been sitting with a ‘TV bed’ with no working TV for almost a month.

Bensons, kindly come and collect your bed and give us a full refund so we can buy a bed from a more reliable provider.

I had a good experience at Stirling store. Didn’t feel pressure to buy went over all options. Calm environment and no pressure to rush through the sale.

The sales woman I dealt with could not have been more helpful in helping me pick a mattress.

We’ve had a great experience, Carol was so professional and helped us to find the best mattress for us. Surely the best money ever spent. High quality mattress and fantastic customer service. Definitely I’ll be back.

From the moment we stepped into the shop David was excellent 👌 to delivery and installation brilliant from start to finish 👏

Meant to take, according to assembly team, 20 mins. 90 mins later and calls to office it was finished. Turns out the team was from Warehouse as whole assembly team went sick. 2 of the team had no idea what they were doing. So not a well oiled team was it. Had to borrow an electric drill from me....don't know what for but they did say both bed half's did not line up.

Simon davie and caroline all went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right bed for my dad who is getting older and in need of a decent bed and a decent night sleep I was worried about chosen the wrong one for him as he was too un fit to be there in pearson the team let us try out numerous mattresses, showed us many different bed frames and after a good lie down on a few different beds we’ve picked a perfect bed & mattress for my dad that he absolutely adores. It wasn’t all about the finances. They were really interested in my dad‘s well-being and that goes a long way to show me they are decent human beings and I’m very grateful that grateful that I purchased my own bed myself and my husband on the same.day yeeaahhh 👌❤️ 🛌 thank you guys xx

Went in one weekend looking for a budget(ish) bed, with storage ( quote only ), and was assisted by Maria ( Stirling shop ).
Very helpful and friendly.

Went back a week later to be met by Maria and her Manager who both remembered me; she asked how my son was from a conversation we had had the previous week, and assisted me in the purchase of the bed id looked at before.
Efficient and banter to boot.

We found all the staff that we were in contact with to be welcoming , product knowledgeable and genuinely interested in matching our requirements with the best available items .

Myself and Wife went into Benson’s Stirling with no real clue of what to get what kind of mattress etc however with the help of Simon and Davie, we left with the most beautiful tv bed and the biggest thickest mattress possible at a reasonable price they made sure we tried and tested the mattress to find the right one for us and played the TV with sound medium and loud so we knew what we were getting above and beyond is exactly what you guys went wasn’t all about finances as they went out there way to save us what they could so thank you Simon and Davie can’t wait for the bed and mattress to arrive 👌the family will be down soon👍 Brendan

I went into Bensons beds to purchase a bed for my dad and Simoan who assisted me could not be any more helpful. He had my dad in mind the whole time he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right mattress & bed for my dad which left us very grateful. It was heartwarming to see how it wasn’t about getting a sale. It was about the safety and sleep for my dad thank you so much Simoan you are a star. 🌟 it’s only fair to add that Caroline and the manager davie also helped us in picking the correct bed & mattress Ashley 💕

My wife and I went into the shop ‘just to have a look’ before deciding about a new mattress. The assistant (Carol) welcomed us and offered us a trial on the adjustable bed setup to at least allow us to feel the different firmness/softness of mattresses. Having tried out the various levels of firmness, we thought that we might as well continue en route to buying a mattress. We were than allowed to try various mattresses of the appropriate firmness (Carol even getting a firm pillow to suit me) and we finally made up our minds about which purchase to make. The whole process took time and all our questions were answered before we finally signed on the dotted line. It took over an hour but it was time well spent and I have no doubt my wife and I will sleep well and happily for many years to come.

Great experience from start to finish. I met Paul in the Stirling branch. I told him I wouldn’t be buying today, just looking and collecting ideas. No problem.
I return several weeks later to buy.
Great communication throughout.
Bed delivered on the date and time as promised.
Great bed!!

Paul and his colleagues at the Stirling store were very knowledgable and patient with all of my many questions, we got a great deal and 6 months on our staples bed and simba mattress have been a great investment
