Autumn was a brilliant. She talked me through all the options and as we tried all the mattresses suitable for me made sure I got the perfect mattress to fit me. I also got a pillow to help keep me cool.

Peaceful time not being rushed. Even at the end when I was fairly sure of my choice it was no problem if I wanted to go away and think about it.
I ordered the bed the next day.

Visited the Stirling branch recently looking for a new mattress where we got introduced to Maria from the sales staff, no hard sales !!just a very passionate and professional lady full of laughter and knowledge what a delight, she went out her way to show and explain the best type of mattress which would be best for us.

Good outcome
From purchasing the bed in store at Stirling we had a good experience with sales person Simon. Did not feel rushed in making our decision as Simon answered and advised on any questions we had. Also delivery went smoothly with pleasant delivery team and all packaging taken away and room left tidy

There is a varied choice of mattresses, including well known manufacturers and some newer brands. The choices available include, comfort, firmness and budget.
The sales person was knowledgeable, insightful and helpful throughout the process.
We tried the sleep pro which shows you on screen which firmness of mattress is best suited to you.

We had an amazing experience at Bensons for Beds where Autumn spent ages with my husband to ensure he was happy with the mattress he picked. We didn’t feel rushed and Autumn made sure he spent plenty of time on various mattresses and her experience in this area shone through. This was an incredible customer service provided to both off and really appreciate the complete package explained to us by Autumn who is a real credit to the company. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a new mattress.
