Finally got the Steam Cleaner working. It was good'ish on plain flat flooring but absolutely useless on non slip kitchen and bathroom floors. (An expensive purchase for a small amount of floor space where it will work.)

Bought a new battery for my cordless cleaner came quick now works well again

Bought direct from Beldray, I wanted a lightweight floor steamer and this fitted the bill. It was cheaper than other renowned outlets and arrived well packaged and quickly by Yodel. Lots of components to use on numerous types of jobs all fitted easily. However the mophead as with previous complaints is not easy to put together, following the leaflet I managed to put the cloth easily on the head where others complained it was too small. I thinks it’s because they didn’t read the instructions properly. However once on the head I can’t fathom on how to turn the mop head to align with the handle so as to clean the floor. I’ll keep on tackling it as the other components are good. Why don’t Beldray just put a slip on piece of cleaning cloth with some Velcro on the bottom to fit on or a far bigger all in one piece of cloth that goes fully over the mop head.

I had a problem with a peg basket, I suspected I was not assembling correctly. I reached out to customer service and had a prompt response which resolved the problem. My peg basket and pegs are excellent quality and remained on the line despite an incredibly windy day. Excellent service and product from Belfast.
