I recently entertained at the Begbies Traynor annual conference dinner and found the whole process from briefing to delivery on the evening to be professional and smooth. Communication was clear and the payment prompt.

I have been working as a photographer directly with Begbies-Traynor across their London offices for the last five years. It has always been an enjoyable professional experience. Communication and payment of invoices has always been very prompt. I hope to continue working with them on future ptojects.

Sian, I don’t think we’ve spoken before, but I must take the opportunity to feedback on how professional and credible Benjamin has been throughout this entire process.

He is a credit to the business, and I hope he has a prosperous future with you guys. Especially at his tender age (yes I am feeling old!).

I must be the most frustrating client in a long time, I’m sure. Whilst we have turned the corner and looking forward again as a family, and business wise, I admit it has taken twice as long as I initially thought to get some cash coming in again and get our lives back on track.

Without your patience, via Benjamin, we wouldn’t have been able to get to this imminent point.

So, my wife and I both offer our heartfelt thanks to Begbies Traynor Group, yourself, Benjamin, and BT Group itself. We have been honest and communicated throughout, but I don’t believe a lot of other companies would have listened, understood, applied common sense, and given us time to get back on track.
Emotional intelligence is sadly a skill most companies lack from my recent experiences. Suffice to say you will always be spoken of fondly and highly recommended in the future whenever we get the opportunity.
