If you’re struggling with credit card debts, sheriff officers, council tax, payday loans, mortgage arrears, or any other type of debt, we are here to help. You can make an appointment at any one of our 5 offices across Scotland, or we can even come to see you at your home or other preferred location to discuss your current circumstances in a confidential manner and establish how to get you out of debt. We can talk you through solutions such as Trust Deeds, Debt Arrangement Schemes and Sequestration (bankruptcy) and dispel some of the myths and stigmas surrounding these these formal debt solutions. We can work out which solution best suits your needs and answer any questions you may have, such as queries about whether your home is secure or how your credit rating will be affected.

Speaking with David has lifted a huge…

Speaking with David has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, I honestly thought I was never going to find a solution to help with my debts and I was so scared to even get in touch with the team for help, but I am so glad I did and I can honestly say I feel so much better mentally than I did before I spoke to David! Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me and not judge me and most importantly for helping me see that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Fantastic company and service

I was anxious about speaking about my difficulties but after speaking with Chelsea initially, this disappeared very quickly.

I was then passed on to Michael and within a matter of days, my plan was set up and I already feel a relief.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone struggling as there is great help available and you are not alone.

I can’t thank David Tannock enough for…

I can’t thank David Tannock enough for his help and kindness in finding a debt solution for me. I was ashamed and embarrassed of the situation I was in and I spent days trying to get the courage to make the 1st step and make the call and trust me that was the hardest part, once I made the call to David he didn’t judge made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to him about my situation. Within 45 mins he had a solution for me. It was a Sunday evening at 7.00pm didn’t even thing I would get an answer to my call at that time. For the first time in a long time I think I will sleep well and start my week with such a weight lifted off my shoulders. If you find yourself in the same situation please make that call it’s changed my life for the better.
