I am writing this review as I feel the Liquidation Centre have gone above and beyond what I would consider a reasonable level of service.

After referral to the Liquidation Centre, I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Grace and Henry issued the initial paperwork promptly and were available by email and phone for any questions I had and this I found to be particularly comforting.

For the final stage of liquidation I was then referred to Maisie who is clearly very knowledgeable and again, was nearly always available immediately by email and phone contact and the impression I got was that she was always happy to help and advise despite bothering her a few times.

The end to end process took around a month but I think I held things up a little more than they did as there is a fair amount of paperwork to go through. However, payments and documentation were provided promptly, queries were handled in a timely and helpful manner and their fees are in my view very reasonable so I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering an MVL.

I got referenced to liquidation centre by Workwell Peoples Ltd. The services has been quite quick and good. Except for the charges which seems to be high compared to other Consultants.

The Consultants should also be upfront and be detailed on what happens at each stage especially the Tax aspects. My query on BADR was not answered and they should have atleast stated that they can’t advise. Just keeping silence doesn’t help and the client could get confused.

Grace, Maisie and the team have been great supporting me through liquidating my business over the past month.

I had a very positive experience working with Liquidation Centre for a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation.

I first contacted them in December 2024, and Grace has been in touch since then, patiently guiding me through the process while I took time to make a decision. That level of support and understanding was greatly appreciated.

This is actually my second experience with them, having previously worked with Grace on my wife’s company as well. On both occasions, she has been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional.

The process itself was handled efficiently from start to finish, with clear communication at each stage. The team along with Maisie explained the steps well, particularly around the distribution process and the treatment of the director’s loan account, which gave me confidence throughout.

Payments and documentation were provided promptly, and queries were handled in a timely and helpful manner.

Overall, I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering an MVL.

The process is not yet completed but thus far it has been very smooth and efficient. Everything has been done in a clear and time efficient manner. Mine is a straight forward MVL - only assets is cash in the bank and no debtors or creditors. All paperwork issued promptly by Liquidation Centre (Grace and Henry) and questions answered clearly and promptly. Transfer of funds to client account was easy and first distribution was done within a week - well in advance of the deadline we were working to. Maisie has been very helpful and efficient. Whole thing from sending final accounts over to initial distribution was 2 weeks. Now longer wait while all formal adverts etc done and wait for HMRC approval but all good so far and at a much more reasonable price than quoted by local company. I was a bit wary to start with and did alot of checks first to make sure legitimate but has all been fine

I was very happy with the help given by Maisie and Grace when I wanted to close my company. They helped me with the admin and were available on the phone when I had questions. Transferring the money from the business accounts to them is a bit nerve-wracking but they transferred the money back in a few days as promised. When the process started Maisie kept me up to date along the way.
