BTG Begbies Traynor Anmeldelser

I made contact with Begbies Traynor regarding the insolvency of my company due to long term illness. Incredibly helpful, Gillian and Rose were fully transparent and realistic, i could not asked for better help. They accepted a fixed price as i was not in a position to pay a variable rate which was very charitable. Would give 10 stars if i could

I decided that as my company was no longer actively trading it was time to let it close. As a sole trader the company relied entirely on me to give professional advice in the world of state education. Chris Cox of the Begbies Traynor Group's York office was recommended to me by my accountant and this was great advice. Having never gone through the voluntary liquidation process before I was entering a world of new experiences. Chris patiently explained the process, took time to understand why the company was set up in the first place and organised the liquidation. Everything worked to plan by phone and emails. The formal meeting with Chris at his office to close the company was meticulously organised and went smoothly. We walked to the nearby office of the solicitor to do the legal part. The whole experience marked the end of an era in my life but Chris organised it so well.

After my wife (June of Norma and June Fashions Ltd) was diagnosed with Alzheimers, it was inevitable that closure of the company was going to happen.
I (June's husband and the company secretary) took it on myself to set the wheels in motion.
I had a superbly informative initial discussion on the matter, and I started the closure some weeks later after I fulfilled several other important steps.
We were guided superbly by everyone we met and spoke with and although the paperwork needed was rather large, albeit by necessity, things progressed easily until the final closure.
I know that some companies facing insolvency do so in less fortunate situations and with great regret. I can honestly say that in my opinion they would have been given the best advice specific to their own needs.
10 out of 10 to Trayners

Begbies Traynor were great to work with when closing a company. Their staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. I am very pleased to have engaged them and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic firm! 5 stars.

Very responsive and polite in all dealings, and a high level of professionalism.

Dave, Mike and Jo made the whole process, which we had no experience of and knew nothing about, very straightforward.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. On time, on budget, great advice and aware of the impact of tax and financial planning. Not just a faceless business, we met and this ensured I worked hard to provide my advisor will all the information he needed. Would highly recommend.

Great partner to work with. Their insight into how the economy is impacting local businesses is invaluable and we appreciate their support in enabling us to share their expertise with our customer base.

Can’t thank this company and Tom enough. Extremely and eternally grateful for his advice, kindness and patience.
It was such a relief since the situation was so daunting and I was absolutely clueless on what question I was supposed to be asking.
Again, very thankful. 110% recommend Tom and the company.

Big firm expertise with a personable approach.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Begbies Traynor Group for sponsoring our running tops for the Great North Run. Their support ensured we were well-equipped and ready for the event. Additionally, we are grateful for their continued backing of Greens2Blue as Richard and David prepare for the 'World's Toughest Row 2025'. Their commitment to supporting the team through these challenges is greatly appreciated.

Begbies Traynor's supposed assistance to investors at Fortress Capital Partners is nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of prioritising the needs of investors, they seemed solely focused on filling their own pockets with exorbitant fees. From the very beginning, their demeanor has been shockingly rude, displaying a blatant disregard for our concerns. Also, their negligence led to severe data breaches, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Trust has been shattered, leaving investors feeling abandoned and vulnerable in an already volatile situation. Begbies Traynor's actions have left me feeling humiliated, frustrated, and utterly disillusioned - avoid them at all costs!

Thank you so much to the marketing team at Begbies Traynor Group for writing three very informative and interesting guest articles for our client's website (High Court Enforcement Group)

When Companies have difficulties with cashflows or trading they need sound, friendly advice from experienced advisers and Neil Jeeves always seems to be able to help Directors and to provide help through the professional team at Begbies Traynor. Would highly recommend him to all our Clients.

Thank you to both Huw and Susan for instructing us to sell the warehouse unit in Newport. From the start the clear and concise requirements from you made marketing and finding a purchaser as easy a process as these sales can be!

Look forward to working with the team at BT again soon.
