Ive know Ana a few years now and when i decided to sell my first home i knew Ana would be the lady for the job!!
She staged our property making it look amazing in the photos which really made it stand out from all the other properties advertised on Right move.
She made sure any potential buyers were serious candidates before even considering a viewing which weeded out any time wasters
As this was a first time property sale for us she really held our hand through the process as we were very green behind the ears when it come to selling a property. Whenever an issue arose she was first on the phone to speak to all parties involved to keep the process moving.

Every few months we receive an unwanted…
Every few months we receive an unwanted and unsolicited communication from Bees Homes which appears to be begging for clients who happen to reside in high value homes.
I posted this on a local forum and it appears that a number of home owners have received these communications and one of them suggested that these letters may breach data regulations. Whether they do, or not, they are irritating!
This company appears to be operating out of an economical flat in a domestic block in Eastbourne. If we were selling our house we use someone with a proven track record and a high street office.
Finally a number of the positive reviews on Trustpilot seem to contain the same type of phrases and are written in the same style. They are also from people with very few reviews. Perhaps Trustpilot is not particularly on the ball spotting fake reviews!

We were surprised to read your comments on our service as you’ve never retained us.
Firstly, you may be pleased to know that Bees Homes operates from our country office in Alfriston where our clients are always welcome for a cup of tea and to discuss the sale of their home.
You may have missed the photos of our office in the letter you received which incidentally also showed the addresses of our trading and registered offices at the foot of page one. You can see similar photos (as well as the address of our office) on our website: https://www.beeshomes.com/our-team/ and on TrustPilot.
It may not be common knowledge that every company registered at Companies House must have a registered address. This is often different to that of the usual trading address.
Thank you for your comments with regard to our letters, we do welcome all feedback. Over the years we have found letters to be an effective way to communicate with our niche market allowing us to provide accurate and in-depth market updates which are often gratefully received.
Here's an email we received from a previous recipient:
I just wanted to say that, although your Sussex Market Update arrived almost exactly at the point when we finally sold our house on Lewes High Street, it was perhaps the most insightful and helpful piece of research I received by way of mailshot, and I will bear that in mind if asked for recommendations.
To ensure that we do not cause you any further upset please do contact us privately so we are able to make sure we do not write to you again.
Lastly, as to your comment on the quality of our reviews, we are proud to have received the wonderful and genuine reviews we have. We work hard to go above and beyond for our clients to make their selling process as stress free, enjoyable and successful as possible. Heads and Shoulders Above The Rest
Having had several estate agents come to our home with the potential of working with us for our sale, we chose what we thought was the best one. We had a bespoke property that required attention to detail and a personalised service to find the right buyer; we were deeply disappointed when we received a sub standard, generic brochure and anonymous service from the estate agent we originally chose....
Luckily for us, this is where Bees Homes stepped in and simply changed everything!

I have just sold my house using Bees…
I have just sold my house using Bees homes following a recommendation. From my initial enquiry through to the completion of the sale Ana was on hand to make the sale as easy as possible. Ana met me at the property and worked her magic and made the property look stunning through her photos of the interior. The house was sold in a matter of days and Ana recommend a local solicitor who worked with both of us to make the sale simple and I was able to complete in 7 weeks, would have been quicker if it wasn’t for Christmas. Ana was on hand 7 days a week to answer any queries I had and always responded promptly. I would definitely recommend Ana and Bees Homes to sell my house.

We recognise selling (and buying) are two of the most stressful activities people are engaged in and we want to make sure we "take the sting out of buying and selling property." The Bees Homes Team.
Take the sting out of selling your home with Bees Homes
When we decided to put our home on the market we contacted all of the estate agents in our town and invited them over to value our house. The “local” agents knew Hailsham, but they felt like they were out for themselves and some even talked down to us.
I remembered Ana from a local networking event so we invited Ana over to value our home too.
What a breath of fresh air... Ana was knowledgeable and friendly. She was honest about our expectations and able to give us advice on presenting the house. Ana was approachable and keen to be our agent. We felt like Ana was in this with us as opposed to being in it for herself.
One other benefit of Bees Homes was that viewings were not restricted to office hours and Saturdays. We were told we could arrange the viewings at times suitable to us and the viewer, even on Sundays if required. This was not a service the “local” companies could offer.
We decided to go with Ana and asked her to help us sell our home. We arranged a day for the photographs of our property to be taken. Ana turned up with a plethora of props to help dress our home and make it more appealing to possible buyers. With Ana’s interior design background we were in good hands and the photos turned out really well.
Our property was put on the market and on all of the property websites really quickly. Within 2 days we had 2 viewings booked, both of which resulted in offers.
After some excellent negotiation from Ana we had an offer we were really happy with and a buyer who was in a good position to proceed with the purchase of our property.
Bees Homes were able to be on hand via mobile and text whenever we needed them, not just office hours. When our buyer had any questions we had a text or call instantly so we were able to resolve queries really quickly.
It’s been very difficult dealing with the “traditional” agent we are buying through when they don’t answer the shop phone, or when messages go missing. When we have had questions about the property we are buying it’s taken days sometimes just to get these queries resolved. This is a problem we have never had with Bees Homes.
We have recently exchanged and Ana & Hayley have been on hand every step of the way to help us with the selling process, even offering to help us negotiate on the purchase of the property we were moving in to.
We are over the moon that we chose Ana and her team from Bees Homes. They really have made this process as stress free as it can be.

When we established Bees Homes just over two years ago it was with the intention of being different: drawing on interior design skills to Home Stage the property; taking extra care to present properties in their best light; and by "being there when you need us, not when it suits us." In short, to provide a service that is unrivalled in Sussex: "to be the best, not the biggest!"

James, your wonderful words captured the essence of what we are about. You have identified: honest; approachable; available; committed; knowledgeable; responsive; and excellent negotiators.

YOU CAN JUDGE AN AGENT BY HOW THEY RESPOND IN A CRISIS!.
We had a few in selling and buying. Ana and Bees Homes were there for us whenever we needed them, no matter the time or day.
The presentation of the flat, Ana took so much care and attention getting our property presented to its optimal potential (it took her over 2 hours photographing for the best pictures). As a result it was sold in less than a week of her initial visit and for more than the asking price.
Ana then helped us secure the right property and negotiated on our behalf.
At one point when it looked as though the chain might collapse, Ana arranged for a local builder to come out on a Saturday and price a bit of remedial work in order to get exchange of contracts.
Ana recommended a local conveyancer who worked as hard as the Bees and between them made a good team in getting the sale/purchases moving at a steady speed.
Bees Homes is highly rated and its easy to see why. Theirs is a personal and caring service with no hard sell, just honest and dedicated. They truly go the extra mile.
