This was the second time we used Harding Laity to sell our property and they did not disappoint. From the initial phone call, their team were prompt, supportive and realistic, giving the current climate the property market has been in.

Amazing from start to finish - It’s hard to put into words - Harding Laity managed to do what no other agent could and sold our house after 13 years of it being on and off the market - they were professional, understanding and patient with us throughout the whole process - I thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.

In the capacity of buyers, moving into the area, I was incredibly impressed with Harding Laity’s all-round business approach. Despite having to adapt their operations to adhere to Covid guidelines, they were incredibly helpful and always offered a completely professional service. Right from the very first telephone enquiry they were knowledgeable, polite and not the stereotypical ‘pushy’ agents the industry is synonymous with.

I never felt pressured or was made to feel uncomfortable. There were inevitably a few blips during the whole journey (these things never go completely smoothly) but Val and Karen were always available for information and assistance throughout the process. Not only did they provide invaluable information on the property we were buying, they went the extra mile and told us all about the surrounding area, local amenities and other (non-house related) essential services that we required.

When we collected the keys from the office we were made to feel like royalty! Quite simply, everyone in the office was delightful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone who is in need of a reliable, down-to-earth, customer focussed estate agent.

The sale was somewhat fraught (through no fault of our buyers), but we were kept up to date at all stages. Buiyning a property in the midst of a global health pandemic was never going to be easy but Candice was super throughout. Such a lovely person who is fab at her job and does everything she says she will do and more. Returns calls and emails promptly and has a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.
