Bees Homes sold us our new home and put a lot of hard work into making sure it was successful and that the tricky chain was kept moving to completion. Definitely recommend.

Bees Homes was a great choice and finally provided the professional and driven service we had found lacking in the traditional estate agents we used previously. From Day 1, Bees were maximising opportunities and marketing the house to a wide array of their clients. This continued and allowed a strong, short chain to come together at a time when the general housing market was dead. I am quite sure our house chain would never have completed in the timescale set by the bottom of the chain, if it hadn't been for Ana's tenacity and professionalism to push it across the line. This means there are four happy families all in their new homes for Christmas.

Right from the beginnings of the Sales process through to completion Bees Home especially Ana kept us informed of not just outstanding issues but also what had been completed . She went above and beyond to ensure not only us but all other parties be it Agents or Solicitors were aware of the status of not only our sale but purchase also . They certainly have a culture to be proud of .

Having struggled to get people in the door, despite the property being in 17 acres of manicured grounds and numerous agents suggesting the only option was to reduced the price,

Bees came as a breath of Fresh air, suggesting an overhaul of the standard go-to-market strategies, from a bespoke coffee table brochure, using drones to draw upon the amazing views of the estate, letting people see what was behind the Gates, to help dressing the property, to appeal to right market.
The response was almost immediate. To navigating some of the unusual nuisances of selling an old property, and it’s location, and being part of an estate.

Once again, Bees was able to recommend a capable solicitor, who soon proved invaluable throughout the whole process.

Often, people look to opt for the cheapest option when selling, However, when you consider the effort and pride people have in their homes, and effort they put into their gardens, this seems like a false economy.
This really was a case of you get what you pay for, and worth every penny.
A potentially and sometimes stressful experience was much reduced, and the new owners were delighted.
Meanwhile, I was left able to take pleasure in knowing the house I’d poured so much love into, was going to be enjoyed for hopefully many years to come!

The approach of the whole team, and especially Ana, at Bees Homes is great! I have bought through them (March 2022) and have then, much more recently, sold through them too. The stand out elements of Bees Homes's approach is their regular straightforward and realistic communication coupled with a way of always carrying the processes forward. Selling and buying property in England is notoriously difficult. Therefore the support of a business like Bees Homes really does make a difference.

Bees Homes was recommended to me by a friend who had used them. I fully expected the service to be a greater commission percentage than it turned out to be. At the beginning I was a little skeptical whether I would receive value for money, but once the photo shoot was under way for the brochure, the difference between a high street Estate Agent and Bees Homes suddenly became clear. There is just NO comparison. Ana and her team proactively sold my home, achieved a good price and ‘nine to five’ just didn’t exist. Ana even sold my unwanted furniture to my buyers!

My excellent Bees Homes experience was a clear example of ‘you get what you pay for’ in terms of service. Please don’t be tempted by agents offering a low commission. In all likelihood it will be false economy!

Bees Homes insights, service, followup & communication is exceptional. We chose Bees from flyer before Xmas when other agents were recommending wait till March. But Bees strategy was focused on Boxing Day & online viewings during holiday Xmas/NY period. From there boss Ana was persistent and innovative and brought more viewers in 4 bad weeks of winter than 3 other agents brought in a whole year. They didn’t stop there - once Ana found a potential viewer she got both sides to meet in the middle and kept communication turned up anytime of day or night to keep the sale on track. Outstanding insights & effort in a tough market - well done Ana!

We had a beautiful home, which everyone thought was wonderful, but it was just a bit quirky, not your average
4 beds 3 baths home.
We had it on the market for 3 months with a very reputable local agent, but no offers. It had been photographed in such a way that made the rooms look bigger than they were and invited disappointment under viewing. The agent's only suggestion to achieve a sale was to reduce the price.
When we took it off the market we were flooded with standard-letter offers from other agents assuring us that they could sell our lovely home.
We also had an individually crafted letter from Ana of Bees Homes, saying that she offered a different and individual service and would love to come and view the house.
When we interviewed her, we were very impressed with a totally different approach to selling our home,
and an incredible attention to detail. We were initially concerned about the higher rate of commission, but,
on balance, felt that her approach was what was needed to sell our slightly quirky home.
And so it proved.
The house was beautifully photographed to a standard that one would have say, in a luxurious hotel brochure, which truly reflected the quality of our home.
Viewings were carefully managed, and anyone who would not be able to manage a three storey town house were filtered out to avoid time wasting.
We had one hiccough with a rather flaky couple who pulled out once they had made an offer, which was well handled by Ana. We then had a much better offer and achieved very close to our asking price in a tough market.
If we had stayed with our original estate agent we would have lost at least £50k, which more than compensated for the slightly higher commission.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Ana and Bees Homes to anyone wishing to sell their home. Superb service, high attention to detail and well worth the slightly higher fees.

We had our property on the market with another agent for 9 months! We then had a letter from Ana contacted her and found the approach that Bees put forward was very different to a "standard" estate agent. We met with Ana who explained how they work which was different but in a positive way. A lot more time was then spent on preparing a great brochure and presenting to potential buyers a "lifestyle" at the property, rather than just bricks and mortar. Ana had viewings very quickly and fantastically got us a great offer after 3 weeks! Having had some very strange "potential buyers" from the previous agent it was great to get a good genuine buyer that Ana had thoroughly checked out! So the sale went through following our acceptance of the offer which was practically at the asking price! The previous agent just kept saying to reduce the price which we had already done! Ana did a great job and did detailed research on the area and advised us to go at the original price. All great to hear and it worked! Would definitely recommend Bees Homes, just be prepared for a different but very effective approach!

We recently bought a new home through Bees and I can confidently say that dealing with Ana was the best part of the entire process.
