Fantastic service from Bed Factory Direct in Aintree! Dylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in store, taking the time to help me choose the right beds. Shirley was also lovely and extremely helpful when arranging delivery. Delivery was really speedy, and the assembly service was brilliant – quick, efficient and hassle-free. Such a smooth experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Delivery guys, one very nice, the other not very helpful and left the other to struggle with the second box.
All good. Delivered on time. And the bed seems fine

Great price, delivered on time withing a few days and a quality product. Very pleased

Your delivery men were very pleasant & helpful.
I am a 75 year old widow & they had no problem carrying my mattress upstairs.

Excellent quality bed and mattress, delivered on our chosen delivery day. Service and communication from the bed factory was great.

Straight forward online order. Used a discount which was a bonus. Options given to select a delivery date if choice which is always beneficial. A time frame is provided the day before followed by a phone all the next day with a better timescale. Bed is great. Our 3rd custom sized purchase! I would recommend.

Kept up to date with delivery. Arrived as scheduled.
Bed better than expectations. Overall a great experience. Will definitely use them again.good quality product that matched the description in the details online.

The delivery was fine - guys turned up when booked , were polite and took the bed to the upstairs bedroom . The mattress is comfortable and stylish . Minor gripe - there were no instructions ! A bed isn’t complicated - but I’m not handy ! . I’ve built it - but there were 2 screws leftover ? Anyway it’s all good and I’ve enjoyed some comfortable nights sleep .

From start to finish this purchase went smoothly, they called me when they felt my order needed checking, my delivery came exactly on time, and the men were very professional. More importantly my back is already feeling better!

It’s been 9days and my matress has not arrived yet,and no updates about it.

The beds are good quality but quite difficult to assemble but we made it eventually

Used multiple times, but was very happy on this Occassion after ordering a bed base that just couldn’t be manoeuvred up the stairs.
Swiftly arranged a new base made in quaters rather than halves to be delivered.

I paid for & ordered a mattress & then was told they don't do that type of mattress anymore. They offered to sell me a different type but I have asked to cancel order.
They are sending my money back in the next 10 working days.
This means I can't buy anything else yet.
Disappointed 😞

Honestly really pleased with the bed, and it was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alex and Gary at Bed Factory! They carried the bed upstairs, assembled it perfectly and took all the rubbish and packaging away afterwards. Both were friendly, professional, efficient and helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process stress-free and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent customer service, great workmanship and a credit to the company. Would highly recommend Alex and Gary to anyone! 👏

Delivered on time polite delivery drivers and respected property

A easy to use yet detailed website that helped with choosing the bed. Efficient and pleasant service from your team and prompt delivery by your local courier. The bed and headboard are well made with quality materials and fabric. The Morven mattress is very comfortable; medium firm giving a very restful nights sleep. A good experience all round.
