soon as I had put the order in I realised I’d put the wrong address for delivery & emailed the supplier. I got an almost immediate email back saying they would deliver to correct address if I sent it to them so this I did straight away.
However , they sent the delivery to the first wrong address instead of the amended one. This was very disappointing because the best was for my sister who had just lost her husband to an unexpected sudden death , so the surprise gesture of a delivered bear was spoilt . But I have no problems with the bear it’s self , it is absolutely gorgeous

Bears4U appeared when I searched for a personalised bear for my granddaughter's birthday. I was not disappointed. There were loads of choices for size, colours and types of clothes, embroidery threads etc. I also included the personalised ribbon. It arrived on time, perfectly packaged and is absolutely stunning. My granddaughter loves it and I can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend this company

Excellent service with a great choice of soft toys. The hardest part was choosing which one to get. All the children I have bought them for both this year and last year have loved them. I have recommended them to fellow childminders and will definitely use them again.

From start to finish the process of ordering to receiving the gorgeous 2 Large Personalised ‘’Sherwood Teddies’ and ‘Big Hugs from Me to You Bears’ was easy and seamless. The fact I was able ring for help was invaluable. I spoke to, Helen, who was so patient and so helpful and advised me on the best teddies and personalisation colours that would best suit my needs. She kept to her promise to pass the details on to the production team. When they arrived 4 days later in their presentation box I was overwhelmed. I instantly knew my New Born Twin Granddaughters would love them forever and the gift card which was written beautifully in my words will be kept for always in their memory box’. What more could I ask for!

Very easy to order on line , I followed up with an email as I wanted the writing on the huddy to be in the center, they replied immediately with confirmation. My order was delivered to my nephews door within 2 days , excellent service and beautiful product.
