We had an amazing team day out all thanks to Ellie, Charles, Abbie and Courtney at Team Tactics, who went all out to ensure everything went to plan and our event was a success.

The whole team was great to work with, from start to finish! They were engaging, accommodating, flexible and overall easy to work with. The event was flawlessly executed, we truly had a great time.

I booked Canal Quest through Team Tactics for my company's summer social after looking for a fun, outdoor and inclusive activity for my team. The customer service from booking to disembarking the boat, was excellent.
Ellie was very helpful and friendly, she did a great job guiding the teams through the quiz, which was really fun, very creative and added a nice competitive edge.
I would most definitely use team tactics again for either canal quests or other events.

We did the Crystal Maze and it was amazing. The team had a great time, the tasks/puzzles were fun and varied and Georgia our event manager was lovely. Would do again!

Ellie and the team were incredible throughout our sports day, they managed to get everyone involved, whilst keeping us laughing. 100% would recommend them.

Very reactive and good service

We did the Cab Clue Trail. And we were provided with complete and correct information up front, both via e-mail and on the website. Louise and Charlotte were very helpful in giving us quick responses to any questions we had. Also, Marie-Louise was very helpful with regard to where we would like to start (and finish) the Cab Clue Trail and she instructed us properly.
Highly recommended!

Louise, Courtney and the team were super-organised and proactive during the set up and implementation of the event. Team Tactics were helpful, friendly and approachable and as a result our team of 50 thoroughly enjoyed the Crystal Challenge and made some unforgettable memories.

From the initial enquiry online to the delivery o Helping Hand Team building, Team Tactics were awesome.
This was a short notice event and Abbie and her team swiftly moved us through the payment and organisation process.
Rebecca arrived exactly on time on the day and set up the room in super fast speed. She was knowledgeable and had a great way with our delegates, injecting energy and fun into the event.
The room was cleared down and handed back to us all in time and each and every attendee had a wonderful time.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed the Charity Treasure Hunt in the City area. It was well organised, and our event lead Marie-Louise on the day gave clear instructions to help us set off. There was lots to cover not least the sourcing of items on the list which Team Tactics would pass on charities supporting homeless people in Kent. A real mix of fun tasks along the way made the experience so much richer and there were so many laughs along the way! Right from the initial contact with Team Tactics (Louise Bourne), through to announcing the winners at the end, communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant as always! I'm a repeat customer with TeamTractics over multiple companies. This time we did Robot Wars which was such a fun 2 hours with the team. Perfect for groups up to 24 (as we were) and i'm sure beyond as well. Everyone gets to participate in all areas, and lots of carnage. Team Tactics were wonderful in their organisation too from start to finish, working with the venue and beyond!
