I ordered a bear very last minute for my son's birthday on Xmas eve. Not only was the bear beautiful and exactly what I wanted, the company upgraded my shipping for free to ensure it arrived in time for Xmas. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

I bought 3 dog soft toys with engraved jumpers for my newborn, first born and their cousin. They loved them and such a lovely keepsake. They were excellent quality for such great value. Great bear bought for granddaughter for Christmas

Ordered a personalised bear for a loved one, from start to finish it was a straightforward experience. The website is clear, with lots of options and plenty of information. Delivery was prompt and the item well protected in an outer box. The presentation of the bear itself is beautiful. I would highly recommend off my experience.

soon as I had put the order in I realised I’d put the wrong address for delivery & emailed the supplier. I got an almost immediate email back saying they would deliver to correct address if I sent it to them so this I did straight away.
However , they sent the delivery to the first wrong address instead of the amended one. This was very disappointing because the best was for my sister who had just lost her husband to an unexpected sudden death , so the surprise gesture of a delivered bear was spoilt . But I have no problems with the bear it’s self , it is absolutely gorgeous
