Excellent service. The item I ordered wasn’t in stock so I received a telephone call to inform me when it would be in stock and delivered but if I didn’t want to wait they would refund me. Delivered when promised.

The guys who delivered and installed our fridge freezer were helpful and friendly

Excellent professional advice was given and so consequently I am very pleased with my new air fryer. It has exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt and ordering was completely hassle free. I wholeheartedly recommend Beacon Electrical.

Needed to replace our dishwasher and was recommended Beacon Electrical by a friend. Placed order online and this was followed up by a phone call next day from Beacon to check details of the order and arrange delivery. All went well - paid bit extra for installation and removal of old appliance. Well worth it as the fitting was straightforward but the delivery team worked extra hard to complete the job and overcome the unforeseen
issues.

Easy to order. Swift delivery. First class service.

Superstars. Issue with stock levels after a late order; they phoned me at 9:01 the next day, on a Saturday, to resolve. A1 for comms, resolution and quality of goods.

There srvice is exseptional, I found exactly what I was after, paid and it was delivered the nex day.

BEACON ELECTRONICS – not so bright!
Beacon Electronics of Plymouth sold me a FreeView Box that, when I got it home, found it was ‘not fit for purpose’. Dan and Luke in their Totnes Branch were the salesmen who gave me the wrong advice and sold me the item. I have asked for a full refund of £209.00 and they were not prepared to reimburse me.
I wrote to MARK HIGGINS the company’ MD explaining the situation and that a mistake had been made by his salesmen asking for a refund. I received a brief arrogant email from Mr. Higgins saying ‘that was not going to happen’.
Strange seeing as they are a family business with a “customer friendly” policy and that most of their products can be purchased on Amazon anyway.
My suggestion would be to only visit their shops for advice and to view products then order on Amazon where you can return items and GET REFUNDS without a fuss!!!
I’m taking through the local Small Claims Court – and I’ll report of the outcome!!

Ben was great at helping after a couple of tech issues on the website he got them all resolved so I could go through the checkout, before the item I wanted went out of stock! He replied super quick and helped out wherever he could. Looking forward to my coffee machine arriving!

Having been let down by another company on delivery of a range oven, I came across Beacon Electrical online. First time using them and wow, first class customer service. Having spoken with them to seek reassurance on product availability, they couldn't have been more helpful and proactive, keeping me informed at all times. Super impressed by them, good prices and have already recommended them to others.

This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with we ordered online from them and they use evri as the delivery company.
Evri have lost the parcel and after almost a month in 2 days time they are saying that we must wait a further 28 days for a refund from them.
Not only is this breaking the law that states ( That if the item is not received within 30 day of purchase you are entitled to a full refund and failure to do so is a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). This company has now been reported to trading standards. Do not use them they manner that they speak to customers and the lack of any sort or urgency to to resolve this issue is repulsive. No doubt they will respond to this like many of the others below and try to white wash the situation and give some speech of how its not us it is Evri and we have never had this before is a out right lie as you can see from many comments and reviews that I have read. Also they will say that Evri have 28 days to resolve the issue from the point were we have raised the claim, yes Evri may have 28 days to Resolve the issue with beacon BUT the issue that we have is not with Evri but with beacon who are responsible for the refund to their customers as we are not a customer of Evri, Beacon are. We were told 2 weeks ago that we would be getting a refund after they had spoken to Evri then that turned to 7 day that has now turned to 28 so that will be two months worth of excuses and what next after a further 28 day we will be told it will take another 7 days for the refund to go through and then after that were sorry but we are just incompetent and incapable of doing a single thing that we say such as send the goods on the correct day, but oh yes that is not their fault either.

So please avoid this second rate company that will do nothing but make excuse after excuse rather than put the customer first.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with I look forward to your next excuse and to see how you will try to blame ourselves, Evri or every other excuse under the sun.

So please stay away from them and order your goods from a store that will actually get the goods to you or actually refund your money rather than steal your hard earned money and worse do it at a time of economic crisis where every person is struggling to find funds to live, except beacon electrical as they just decide to keep customer's money.

First class service in every way. They had the machine I was having difficulty sourcing elsewhere and they were a better price than even the large online suppliers. They kept me informed throughout, delivered on time and in perfect condition. Couldn't be better. I shall use Beacon Electrical in the future.

Ordered my Samsung washing machine with David at the Beacon Park branch - Service was excellent I even got a deal with install and removal of my old machine. The purchasing department kept me updated with my order as they had a delay with stock. The delivery team were brilliant within 20 minutes I was up and running with a new washing machine. Beacon Electrical even registered my 5 year warranty with Samsung as well.

Excellent service, kept informed about my order from the time I made the purchase. Advised when my air fryer was being dispatched & arrived by Hermes on the day they advised. Packaged well & eco friendly. I do not have a ton of plastic wrapping to dispose of. The product is fantastic too. Thank you for a very easy experience.
