Hjc c10 visor blue
Brilliant service very fast delivery. I had ordered a hjc c10 visor and visor is prefect and came well protected in the mail and even arrived early. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service - would highly recommend
Brilliant service. Adam was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I tried two jackets on again and again and again. He was not pushy for sales, and he was very honest (not your typical annoying sales person). We would definitely recommend this company and give Adam a big 5 stars!!

The camo braces are okay, after service Brilliant
The camo braces are okay, but came off 3 times on first wearing the plastic grip is bars not teeth and when sitting the waist band slips through. I prefer the classic which l previously bought .. The braces are very well made
To their credit, the company has got straight in touch with me and Immediately addressed the issue and replaced the item. I was not expecting that, so full marks for customer service. And l recommend them to all.

3 jackets later finally found one that fits.
Several phone calls made and the support and understanding of staff was great. The knowledge of the staff member and the understanding of my frustration resulted in the birthday present that was just perfect. Thank you.

3xl jacket didn't fit despite taking…
3xl jacket didn't fit despite taking measurements and comparing it to the size chart. Appreciate this isn't BDLAs issue however then cost £6 to return to be exchanged for a bigger size which I feel is a little steep considering most places now have free returns.
Exchange was easy enough to do. Well packaged and quick turnaround however.
