Purchased a Duracell Marine starting battery in 11/18. Battery shorted out already and worthless. These folks would not do anything for me. I know there was a 12 month full warranty, but this battery is only 2.5 years old and slightly used. Folks told me that it is rare, but would not even pro rate it. Headed somewhere else going forward.

Ordered a key FOB for my Silverado online. The image on their website shows a FOB exactly like the one that came with my truck, with chrome trimmed edges. The replacement FOB they sent does not have the chrome trim.
The part that was sent is not match to the photo on Batteries Plus Bulbs website. That is false advertising!!!
I feel like I was cheated. I feel like B+B owes me the chrome parts that are shown in their online photo of their product.

On the positive - the programming was quick, less than 10 minutes. The FOB works perfectly.

Bought a replacement tube lights (4100K) from Batteries Plus; realized that the unit was in an open box; used it anyway; turned out to be dim; the store people said it could be swapped with a 5000k tube; when at the store, they said they could not take them back as there was trace of dark shade on them, but would be happy to sell the 5000K ones. I think they sold me a dud; how could it be damaged just with one try?; regret not returning the product right away when saw the open box!

Battery going dead on pixel phone, called battery plus was told no problem, they could do it. Person on phone said things never go wrong. Called them 3 hours later and informed me they broke my 800.00 phone. But they'd replace it with a used one, REALLY? ALL MY INFO AND PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS GONE. or they give me 85.00 check. Don't be fouled these people apparently ARE NOT TRAIN CELL PHONE TECHS. never been so played as a fool before, then again what was I thinking.
1,000 dollars later I had to buy new phone, thanks a lot Battery Plus!!#

Do not buy from this company...sold me Dead battery..they would not fix replace o repair..for my alarm system battery.
Buyer beware.

I purchased an automobile battery online and was charged a deposit for the battery core (plus sales tax). When I picked up the battery at the store, I turned in the core and was give a receipt.
It took only minutes for the original charge to appear on my credit card, but after five days the refund for the battery deposit has still not been credited.
I suspect a scam.

Battery not done on time suppose to be 2 days took 2 weeks very disorganized people didn't have a clue what when it would be done lying saying alot of people in front of me when I was told there's 3 elk river store very disappointed

I bought a motorcycle battery 2 months and the battery went dead for no reason. The battery that was in the bike was 7 years old and I did not have any problem with it. The bike could set as long as a month to a time and it would not have a problem starting. They do not stand behind their warranty. The store is in Roseburg, Or

Avoid this company I bought batteries for solar lights and they don’t work contacted company and no answer very poor customer service and poor quality products never again.

I stopped at Batteries Plus Bulbs on Saturday morning for a 10 pack of Duracell Ultra LED lights.
I noticed that my key fob for my vehicle died and had BBAILEY2 change the battery. I told him that I was having problems with sticky keys and he showed me how to pop off and clean around the buttons.
BBAILEY2 cleaned the buttons and popped the back onto the case.
I now have a key fob that looks and operates just like new.

I bought an expensive (best they had) lawn mower battery from here July 2020 and was told it had the best warranty I could get. Went to start my mower this morning and battery completely dead. The battery was not connected so there was no chance of the mower pulling it down, even ran it in February. Was told it now has a 6 month warranty. Never again, will go to a real battery place that stands up to there batteries.

These guys were rockstars, going the extra mile to help me out. I purchased 3 AGM batteries for my boat and they only had 2 in stock. It looked like the 3rd would be delivered in about 30 days. Jay, the manager, called around and finally found a 3rd battery, 4 hours away, and had it shipped within a couple of hours.
Thats how you build customer loyalty!

When I arrived to the store in Layton Utah I called the number 4 times to set up my pickup curbside. After the 4th attempt I drove up close to the door and a young man with dark curly hair showed up at my car side and asked if he could help me I said that I am there to pick up my battery and I had tried calling 4 times. He responded very rudely and sarcastically he said but we've got people in the store and they are the priority. So, I told him will I am here now please go get my battery I'm in a hurry he turned around and gave me serious attitude and again repeated to him just go get battery . He turned around and called me a douche then went and got my battery and then set it down on the ground in front of my car and walked away. He did not check my ID, he did not check my order number - he did nothing as he was supposed to. I would not recommend the store in Layton Utah while that kid still works there! I will say the young lady that helped me with my core deposit refund was fantastic. It is too bad that she's got to put up with that stupid kid and his attitude.

Purchased two Duracell Ultras for two different vehicles. They haven't performed well. Noticed both vehicles would begin to be sluggish starting after only a few months, no matter the weather. One was replaced after just over a year by BPB because it was testing weak. My mechanic checked the other one and said it was getting ready to be replaced, yet it was less that two years old as well. I drive a lot, these vehicles don't sit around and I know what to do if they are going to sit. At this point I don't trust the product's quality. In addition, I've been buying other products there for 20+ years and had good customer service experience. Today when I went to get another battery to replace the replacement battery (which wasn't covered any longer so I purchased yet another since my truck was dead) I mentioned that the problem is with two separate vehicles so there seems to be an issue. The young manager didn't want to hear that, she wanted to explain what I must be doing wrong. I've been buying cars and batteries and living in Minnesota longer than she's been alive. I know batteries, and I know retail. She lost a customer with that nonsense.

The employees at the W Main location in Norman, OK have always been great. The sad part is they work for a corporation that could care less about customer relationships.
I bought a new car battery on 1-21-21. It went bad on 3-26-21. I went in today to exchange it and was told since I didn’t keep the amperage at 10% my warranty is invalid.
No alternator issues
No electrical issues
Simply Corporate BS
I will never step foot in their store again and I recommend no one else shop there.

We visited the Arlington, WA store on 3-27-21 and were assisted by Tina M. This was after calling the day before to determine the store had what we needed before driving the required 60 miles. Tina is the TOTAL professional and does it all!!! We purchased a battery for our 2012 Toyota Camry. Tina not only conducted the business transaction, but installed the battery while we waited. Thank you Tina for your assistance and great customer service.

Well, this was my first/last time ever trying to purchase from this company and all because ONE guy I spoke with on the phone who SEEMED to care about helping me find a battery for my car never called me back. It would've been a $300 sale. I guess they do not want my business. It's truly a shame how we AMERICANS allow businesses to treat customers...it really is.

I ordered a lawn mower battery online for in store pickup. The price stated $51.99. Under the price it stated a $8 rebate for returning a dead battery. The assumption by the way the website is set up, is you buy the battery for $51.99, and get $8 off, if you bring back a dead battery. This was not the case. I was charged $59.99 and was given $8 off of that. Completely misleading! I called the store. No help. I called corporate. No help. Both agreed the website is misleading!? I will not buy another product from Batteries plus bulbs. Or maybe that’s Batteries + Bulbs?? Which name is the real name?

Cell phone not charging. Zach performed a complimentary cleaning/checkup and found the charging port dirty. Cleaned the port and returned the phone without charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
