Very impressed with the service I received from Bare Necessities. Placed my first order with them last week on behalf of my mum. I received a telephone call from Brenda that afternoon informing me that one bra was in stock and the other would need to be ordered from Belgium. Brenda asked me if I would like the bra that was in stock to be sent out immediately or did I prefer to wait until the second bra had arrived. I was happy to wait and for both bra's to be despatched together. I received an email once they had been despatched and they arrived within 48 hours. My mum is really pleased with her new bra's and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bare Necessities and would certainly use them again in the future

My Prima Donna bikinis arrived today, beautifully packed with a lovely note from Brenda the owner. It really made me feel special which is something we all need during this surreal time.

Bought an Anita sports bra at the beginning of lockdown....Kept putting off getting a new sports bra to replace the most uncomfortable one (well known brand) I’d been wearing. Took a chance and orderEd the Anita, soooo comfortable, have practically lived in it. Whilst a don’t do vigorous exercise I’m a 36E so need support and this certainly does the job

Brenda the owner is highly knowledgeable about her products and extremely helpful and patient. Ladies choosing lingerie (remotely via online) is not a fine science, and often more than one needs to be tried. Absolutely delighted with the purchases. I have been shopping with her for over 12 years, and wouldn't buy a bra from anywhere else!

Friendly, helpful, reliable and super-efficient, Brenda and her team are both experienced and knowledgeable. I always feel I receive their undivided attention.
