Ordered item online, received confirmation. 5 days went by, heard nothing. Contacted them, advised me order was not successful even though they had taken money.
Contacted & they offered me a much more expensive item.

I ordered two weeks ago. I sent an email to enquire why it had not been dispatched and I got no reply. I tried WhatsApp to contact them and no response. I tried facebook to contact them and still no response.

I guess I’m not getting my order.

So disappointed.

I purchased an Ergobaby carrier from Bambinista at the Baby Show in London ExCel on 3rd March. The sales rep was fantastic and took lots of time showing us different ways to use the product and was really knowledgeable on it! We paid and we're told to expect the delivery within a few weeks. Vague, but we were not in urgent need of the product, so were happy to wait.

I chased on 25th March due to having still received no shipping information, and Bambinista advised that due to it being a new colour line which had been delayed, the stock would not be received until early April, so we continued to wait.

I chased again on 23rd April, where I was told that there were warehouse disruptions and was offered a £10 voucher as a goodwill gesture, and the promise that I would receive the shipping information shortly.

By the 7th May, I had still not received any shipping information, so I emailed suggesting that an alternative product may be more suitable if there is an issue with the colour we had ordered. I went days with no response, so had to pursue this with my credit card provider, as I had little evidence that this company had any intention of fulfilling my order and I was not being ignored by them!

Fast forward to 2nd July, and the scam artists at Bambinista have provided proof to my credit card provider that they have fulfilled the order! I still haven't received the goods I paid for, received any shipping information, or any update from Bambinista. It's a real pity, as this company seems to have a really nice premium product line, and I certainly would have been a repeat customer had I not had such a shocking experience. It lets the sales team down, as they were all fantastic at the event, but the communication from the fulfilment side of the business is dreadful.

I don't like to bash businesses with bad reviews, but I've spent a considerable amount of money to have received no product and then had Bambinista submit false evidence to the bank that the order has been fulfilled when it absolutely has not. As a business owner myself, I really hope that this feedback is taken on board. It is really not difficult to update a customer when you are experiencing delays rather than just leaving their order in the void and hoping they forget about it. Dreadful business practice.

Poor customer service! Blocked on social media! I wish I’d read reviews prior to ordering.

Me and my partner had placed an order for EGG 2 TANDEM SEAT - JURASSIC GREY.
Upon waiting 2 weeks for the product to arrive, which wasn’t an issue we opened the delivery on the day it arrives to only find that it was someone else's returned product.

The product that we received not only was it the wrong product, but disgustingly speaking the worst-kept condition of a push chair seat for a child as you will see in the images attached.

We immediately contacted bambinista to explain what we had received and 2 days later we are still in no luck of getting a replacement or even a refund, as they claim that “it can not be possible for us to have received someone else's returned item”, which clearly we are an example of that someone receiving a wrong item.

Upon sending 10’s of photos and videos including the original purchase receipt from “EGG”,
the company (bambinista and the owner susan daker) will not accept the fact that no one checked the product that we received although they are adamant that this is something that has never happened before and something that could possibly of never HAPPENED.

The customer service that we had received from start to finish has been atrocious from the bambinista team and the owner susan daker, where initially they were going to send us a replacement product which we accepted, to later messaging us saying that they will
Not be sending a replacement product as they are for sure every single person opened each box in the warehouse to check that each item sent to each customer is correct and obviously not someone else's returned used horrendous product- which clearly they did not bother to check ours.

So while we follow the legal process of now getting our money back, i would seriously advise anyone reading this to reconsider using this company for any sort of purchase and AVOID AT ALL COST. Waste of money and more importantly, time.

Hope this has been a help to anyone reading it and hope no one would have to waste their time of day making a purchase from this company with their hard earned money.

I ordered the Tonies Ultimate Bundle this morning online which was priced £99.96 saving 28%.
There was only the grey available. This package said it came with 4 Tonies also.
When I ordered, my confirmation email didn’t say ultimate bundle .
I phoned straight away and they said they would check and phone me back They emailed me later and said there was a system error !!!! That the listing was wrong and doesn’t come with the Tonies!!
Their advert is totally misleading , they are taking peoples money and not giving the customers what they actually ordered .asked for refund.
I have just read another review dated 3 days ago and I think the same happened to that person , so obviously the company know about it and are deliberately misleading and advertising the wrong product and price etc . Would not ever purchase anything from this

Ordered a Toniebox bundle , price at checkout was slightly less than advertised so I was pleasantly surprised and assumed some sort of Black Friday deal may have been applied. 2 days later receive an email saying they had made an error so I needed to pay the difference or cancel my order. No link to pay the difference and no real apology. I sent a message asking why out of good customer service and as it was their fault they didn’t honour the price. Several hours later get a response saying by law they don’t have to etc . The whole process left me cold so I asked my order be cancelled and for me to receive a confirmation of a refund. I have had a message saying I have been refunded (no actual evidence) then a throwaway line hoping to see me soon and I should ‘ keep it real ‘ so incredibly unprofessional, just maybe they should consider owning their mistakes and treating people with a little more professionalism

A wonderful shop for clothes and toys for kids, including some fantastic first of their kind ideas. Ideal for use in gift giving.

A wonderful company with great customer service.

My wife and I were looking for a stroller for our youngest son and we were recommended the Leclerc - and I cannot tell you what a great product this is. The service from the store team was fantastic, and the stroller is just the best.

What we loved most was the team working weren't trying to sell us the most expensive product, but more looking to how they could best help us.

We will definitely be recommending Bambinista to our friends!

Honestly the most stressful experience I have ever faced with a company !!
Absolutely appalling service

I am a new mother and had placed an order for the Cybex pushchair a month ago. During the delivery period there was numerous excuses that the delivery address was wrong, when in fact everything was correct as the same door number and same road name which was written on the packaging when part of it had arrived. ( I had to chase this all up myself during my healing process of giving birth and the mental and emotional stress I have been through is extremely upsetting )

After waiting a month for my delivery I had only received a faulty seat with threads coming out, faulty material, the lot ! And most importantly not having received the frame for the pushchair itself!
I then had to go out my way as a new mum with a newborn child who has been without a pushchair and living/travelling in a car seat. I was forced to travel over an hour and a half back to Westfield White City to deal with this myself as I was getting nowhere. Now they have to carry out an investigation regarding where the item has gone which is certainly not a problem of mine as this is something I have paid for and expected better service. I should CERTAINLY NOT have to go out of my way to be travelling down there and getting this rectified. If I was given a full refund I would have been more than relieved and would have went and purchased elsewhere but now once again I am forced to have to wait until they “investigate” which could take God knows how long!

At first I did think online Ella was helpful but giving me a £30 gift card when I am without a pushchair and any form of transport for my little one this really is embarrassing!
Westfield white city were absolutely dreadful with helping me and were completely useless.

I am absolutely appalled with the way I’ve been treated and would NOT EVER recommend anyone to shop at bambista.

I WENT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME TO BAMBINISTA YESTERDAY 03/2022 IN WESTFIELD WHITE CITY .
EIMAN THE SALE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. I WAS LOOKING FOR TWO IDENTICAL GIFTS FOR 0 to 6 MONTHS AND 18 to 24 MONTHS BABY GIRLS . BUT BEFORE MY DEPARTURE TO PARIS , I NOTICED IN OPENING THE PACKAGING TO MY HORROR THAT EIMAN MADE A MISTAKE IN PACKING THE WRONG SIZES ON ONE OF THE SET . I CALLED FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING . BEEN VERY UPSET ABOUT IT , I CERTAINLY DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO BACK TO WESTFIELD FROM FULHAM FOR THE EXCHANGE .
BUT THANKS GOD FOR THE AMAZING STORE MANAGER SHELLBY FOR BEEN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ,TO HAVE HANDLED THE ISSUE TO THE COSTUMER SATISFACTION , BY COMING TO MY HOME TO RE DELIVERED THE CORRECT SIZE JUST IN TIME BEFORE MY DEPARTURE TO PARIS . COSTUMERS SERVICES IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME , SHELLBY APOLOGISED ON BEHALF OF EIMAN . I ordered a Heather Hedgehog for a new baby. It was easy to order (had tried another seller first!) and delivered straight away, much quicker than expected.

We received exceptional service during very difficult times. Susan answers all enquiries personally and promptly. We had our wonderful Egg pram delivered and cannot express how happy we are with it. We will most certainly be using Bambinista regularly.
