Beauty and quality is always provided with all balsam hill products. The garlands I purchased were of excellent value and quality just what I wanted.

Ordered Christmas tree and really didn't have to wait long. Came well packaged and I also liked that gloves was supplied for when putting tree up. A bag was also enclosed to store it as well. Can't wait to get a good look at it but time won't be long going in till Christmas.

Too expensive, i ordered a Christmas tree with snow; the snow flakes keep on falling.

Always looked at Balsam Hill and this year we decided to go for it easy to order delivered promptly .Quality of tree very nice we tried it out. pleased with the bag and gloves etc . hoping it will last as long as my last tree which was by another 20years >

The tree is a really quality product much better than cheaper trees. The light wires running
through the trunk is a bonus also.

Its a very realistic looking tree does not look fake

Always wanted a Balsam Hill tree. When I saw one at my friends. It's absolutely exactly as described. And what's more they last years if you take care of them. Cannot fault the tree at all.

So, I have had many trees from BH, The last one arrived with the tree punctured the box and damaged bent, I asked for a replacement part which I have to wait till next year for, eg past Christmas, this is September. I was an offered a 10% refund. Not good enough really

I purchased the delux rolling bauble chest but when it came it was faulty. I arranged to send it back but you deducted money off my refund for the returns label. As it was faulty I did not expect to have to pay for the returns label. It was a shame as I did really like the product.

Dealing with your staff on the phone who kept putting me on hold no clue what I was say and not once asked what was wrong with the goods we ordered which are not pound land goods we paid a lot of money for a trolley that was broken to be told at point that we could not have another we still got to work out how to send it back and hope the new one comes fit to use

Customer support was bot like. Hard to use and left in parts of AI replies. Will not ever buy from you again

I took some time choosing the tree. Easy to order, delivery a few days later. Haven’t opened the tree yet as September is a bit early!! Looking forward to putting it up.

I bought some LED candles years ago & wanted to get some more for my Balsam Hill Vermont multi light tree. I like the way they clip onto the branches & they don’t fall over. I also like the way the remote control allows you to use different settings too.
They appear to have come down in price which is a bonus.
Easy to order and delivery was really quick.

A fantastic tree! It takes time to fluff but the end result was amazing. Everyone complimented it. Wish I’d bought one sooner 🎄❤️ Delivery was as scheduled.

Spent £400 tree did not arrive and having a nightmare trying to get a refund

Update .. now they are stating they have sent another tree, with a tracking number that is not recognised, and lies upon lies, please do no order from this company m, asking me to stay in touch ….. with a chat bot
