Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I placed an order 15/8/26, pre order for two outdoor lights in preparation for Christmas. They were due to be available October but must have come in early as one arrived 18/9/26 with no email to advise of delivery, luckily i was home. Sadly the second light was apparently delivered 23/9/26. I had an email to confirm delivery from evri? I didn’t have a parcel waiting for me anywhere outside my house? I contacted werchirstmas, which I difficult as they have live help that’s AI from the beginning that doesn’t understand simple questions! Eventually I’ve spoken with Holly? Who on first contact advised she would contact evri, she never got back to me so I contacted agin today 1/10/26. I got Holly again so I’m thinking Holly is a generic name for anyone replying? She advised they contacted evri who provided GPS in my street, and that I should call 111 or evri as they can no longer help? I’ve advised her that is not acceptable under UK law my contract is with WerChristmas, it’s up to the company to sort this not me? So as it is just now they’ve taken the money and failed the delivery! I’ve paid with PayPal so I’ll open a dispute because I don’t know what else to do at this point? I certainly won’t be using this company again & advise others to find other stockists that have some form of customer service as this one has none!

I’ve read the response, sadly without the item and the money I paid in good faith for it. I’m a very upset customer.

Horrendous customer service
Item was delivered to my doorstep whilst I was not home. Evri clearly states on my tracking item delivered to front porch. I do not have a porch. I have doorbell footage of the driver knocking on the door. He didnt ring the doorbell. I also have footage of someone else loading it in a different van some time later. Customer services are not interested. They just told me its tough as it says delivered by evri onto my doorstep. And i didnt tell them a safe place to leave it and to open a PayPal dispute. Thats because there is no safe place to leave it. This was a £250 item. They have no care at all for Customers.

No customer service..
No customer service... A return took 3 months. No replies to emails, no responses to tickets nothing. I had to open a credit card dispute to get WeRChristmas to actually reply ... AVOID
"We Aren't Christmas" you should be called complete scam of a company when things go wrong.
I recommend others to go to B&Q or other suitable local retailers than this terrible company.
Save yourself a headache and AVOID at all costs!
