Ballyrobert Gardens Anmeldelser

My plants came very quickly in excellent condition and well packaged. I definitely will be using Ballyrobert gardens for future orders. Excellent service.

As with my previous orders from Ballyrobert, the plants arrived very quickly, were well packed and very healthy. The postage is very reasonable and the staff seem to take a genuine interest in their customers . I really like doing business with this firm and what's
more they don't require you to have a password----yeah! -----and let's not forget the packet of love hearts they always seem to include.

Fantastic customer service and great delivery of well-packaged plants.

Over the last few years I have ordered and received plants from Ballyrobert Gardens...interesting that my grandfather lived in Ballyrobert-and he was a brilliant gardener!
The plants have been great-especially the Astrantia Roma. I bought it last year and planted it in a very small rock border- it is now blooming like madness and is the best thing in my very small garden.
Ballyrobert Gardens were always very prompt in sending the plants to me..thanks to all of you!

I received 5 small ornamental grasses 2 days after ordering. They are healthy, arrived in moist soil, and very securely packed.
I'll definitely be using this nursery again. As another reviewer has said, this is a proper nursery and not a plant supermarket.
I'm not expecting any problems with these plants, but it's reassuring to know that there is a guarantee.

My first order from Ballyrobert arrived today, shortly after discovering their fantastic website, which is incredibly informative (and amusing). Their gardens look amazing and they are what I call a ‘proper’ plant nursery rather than a plant supermarket. My plants are healthy, good value and raring to go. I shall certainly be using them again.

Plants arrived well packed and healthy. Quick delivery, very happy customer, many thanks

I have ordered from Ballyrobert before, and they have always provided an excellent service. There is a wide range of plants, some unusual that you may not find elsewhere, and their site gives a lot of information about how and where to plant. The postage costs are exceptionally good value in comparison with most other sites, and when I had a slight hiccup with a mix-up of plants, they immediately sent out the correct plants, at no cost to me. 5 star service

What a positive experience ordering from Ballyrobert Gardens is !

It does make a change to order from a company who clearly care about their customers.

What a great find! Amazing choice of perennials, delivered quick and carefully.

Great website, lots of information and a few laughs too.
All the plants I've purchased have been of excellent quality. And only one out of LOADS didn't make it after planting, refunded super quick.
Packaging is a revelation. Who new plastic bags, sticks and sticky tape could result in perfect delivery.
Great company that I can't recommend enough. Puts all other gardening sites in the shade, so to speak.
Love the sweeties too🌱🌸😊

In June I ordered 2 x 0.5 litre pots of Astilbe 'Delft Lace', these were a wedding anniversary present for my husband. The plants arrived promptly, which was great as I had left it a bit late to order, they were in perfect condition and the packaging was impressive, not over packed but well packed. The plants themselves were strong and in very good condition. When planted out they settled in quickly and they grew to full size and flowered. I order most of my plants online and I think these were possibly the best packaged and amongst the best quality, I shall definitely be a returning customer. Thank You Ballyrobert Gardens for a very good service. Posting this review a it late - I've just remembered as I am tidying the garden for the winter!

Arrived promptly. Very good quality plants. Good size and very healthy. Thriving in my garden already.
Would not hesitate to recommend this business

Amazing service and top quality plants. I ordered 3 x Molinia caerulea subsp. arundinacea 'Transparent' in July last year and they have now grown into fantastic specimens. I have just received 3 x Deschampsia cespitosa 'Goldtau' which are also top quality young plants. Thanks to the team who grow such quality stock and provide such great customer service. Top quality young plants that arrive quickly, Highly recommended.

Excellent service as usual. Prompt delivery and great plants.

Another fabulous delivery from Ballyrobert. All the plants I've bought for them previously have grown away really well, and today my latest order arrived at warp speed - all beautifully packed (no plastic involved) and looking in great condition. They were reasonably priced and the postage costs were minimal (absolutely extraordinary for us in the Scottish Highlands). Five stars are not enough! Caroline from The3Growbags.com
