Ballyrobert Gardens Anmeldelser

Just a very big thank you to you all at Ballyrobert Gardens for your very prompt attention to my order which was placed on 18th April and arrived to me on the 22nd April. The plants were in perfect condition and extremely well packed in fully recyclable packaging. I will not hesitate to use you again and will definately recommend you to anyone looking to buy really lovely plants at a very reasonable price.
Oh, and the sweeties, hand written note and care guide is a lovely personal touch.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Many thanks Ian

Healthy plants, expertly packaged and promptly delivered. I love Ballyrobert's house style: whimsical but authoritative at the same time.

I really cannot fault this company, they are great to buy from and it feels as though you are buying from a company that really cares about plants and their customers. I have bought from them several times now and each time they are of super quality, good value, speedy delivery and carefully packed. I also appreciate their recyclable packaging, no spending ages peeling off plastic tape from the cardboard before putting in the recycle bin. I turn to them now as default when I want something and will most definately be buying again. Well done all of you.

I have bought many plants from Ballyrobert Gardens over the years - firstly on eBay and now from their own website. It is such a pleasure to buy from them as they send out super plants at record breaking speed, paying careful attention to quality and packing. This is how excellent sellers should be - faultless - and the sweet touch of the messages and Love Hearts are the icing on a perfect cake. I love buying from them!

I ordered Monday evening and my plants arrived Thursday lunchtime. The plants are so healthy and they were perfectly packed. All the packaging was recyclable or compostable, happy days. Inside was a lovely personalised note and a small packet of love hearts. What service.

I've been ordering from Ballyrobert for years and they never cease to bring a smile to my face with their warmth and generosity. What are rare joy to find a company that responds with such care to every order, big or small. And they keep investing in customer experience - after all this time they are still putting little sweeties in the box with your plants and a kind handwritten note, and now the cutest and most accessible care guide leaflet with a little caterpillar on it!
The plants are excellent quality and well chosen for the uk, and the website is fab, but it's the warmth and accessibility I love most of all - Ballyrobert is such an encouragement for everyone to experience the joy of plants!

Placed an order on Sunday and it was with me on the Tuesday. Quick and efficient, with updates and tracking. Quality plant, as well as excellent packaging and P&P rates. Highly recommended and many thanks.

I wanted snowdrops and this company quickly supplied a perfect product, they arrived in great condition with sweeties, I'd recommend this company 100%

Hard-get-plants delivered in perfect condition within 2 days of order. Highly recommended

My plants arrived by courier, ingeniously and securely packaged, only 48 hours from date of ordering. They are in excellent condition. Looking forward to seeing them flower next season. Delighted with my purchase. Ballyrobert Gardens have an excellent range of unusual and specialist plants. Happy to recommend this site.

I placed an order but had to delay its arrival as I was on holiday. Sometimes this can be difficult for mail order deliveries - not for Ballyrobert gardens. Lyndsey organised it seamlessly. My plants arrived yesterday (N. Ireland to Kent) in excellent condition and sustainably packaged. And a packet of Love Hearts to boot - what a great service! Thank you.

I've only just discovered this company, but will definitely be looking to order again! I was looking for specific plants, which I found here at a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly, in brilliant low-impact packaging, which also meant the sturdy plant was in perfect condition. A personalised note, fab care guide and surprise treat made for a refreshingly enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend!

This is a first class company to order plants from. I recently placed two orders over a period of weeks. In both cases the orders were received in good time and packed perfectly. Its refreshing in todays high speed world to see a company take the time to ensure that packing and delivery are effected to ensure minimum stress and disruption to plants etc. All plants received in orders are now growing well in our garden. Grateful thanks to Ballyrobert Gardens and to the respective packers.

Top class company, my plant is beautiful, arrived very quickly, I'd highly recommend this nursery and will buy from them again.

Placed an order and delivered in 36hrs. Strong healthy plants and well package. Humorous and common sense planting instruction.

Excellent service! This is my second small order to Ballyrobert and the standard of packing, the quality of the plants and the communication were all top quality.
The detailed comments on individual plants are helpful and good humoured and the reassurance that the stock is all grown in their nursery is just great.

Fantastic supplier! I've ordered quite a few plants in separate orders for a large garden project and Ballyrobert Gardens has always delivered. They have a great range of interesting plants, the website is easy to use, the delivery is very quick, and the plants are packaged very well so that they aren't damaged in transit. I've also only ever received high quality plants. Would recommend this supplier to anyone looking to order plants.

I purchased 2 Rudbeckia Herbstone plants late last year and planted them out in spring. The plants are now 2 metres high and covered in flowers, these flowers in turn have attracted more Bees than I have ever seen on a plant. Wonderful plants and great for the Bees 😀
Thank you Ballyrobert Gardens
